Not a good example for this chain tbhnnBrusque staff, food was not very well wrapped and constructed. Fell apart on openingnnClean enough but busy in their separate bubble behind the counter, almost oblivious to warm customer contact needsnnThere has to be more to it than just shouting out order numbers in an officious way?

Just like a lot of people i do frequent Mcdonalds in the morning when theres no time for anything else. The Fareham branch unfortunately is truly awful. 3 times and all 3 orderes were wrong 1st time double mcmuffin was a single, second didn't get syrup or butter with pancakes, but this time takes the cake as I literally only got 1 pancake in the box xDnDo yourself a favour and go somewhere else, they either have some hard-core cost saving measures including trying to scam customers that are in a rush and won't have time to go back like me or just don't care.

Ordered from McDonald’s opened the burger and I find the cheese all stuck to the box barely any on the burger because it hasn’t been made right. Sort it out McDonald’s

Took grandchildren today and was very impressed by maisie who was working upstairs. She went downstairs twice for us to get something , constantly clearing up always with a smile on her face . We offered her a tip but she refused as was not allowed to accept money. Very pleasant and helpful young lady.

Ordered happy meal come cold and the cheese burger and chips must be a new vegan range because there wasn’t a burger in it didn’t realise until I got in the car and drove off there solution was drive back and exchange just the burger
