Ordered through just eat as been travelling all day, easy “quick” meal. 15-30 minute “wait time”. Over an hour passed, phoned McDonalds twice no answer. No way of contacting Justeat, so my Husband drove to see where are order was.nHe said McDonalds was full, no one had a clue what was happening. Loads of deliveries not being sent out, people stood around.nWith that a further 10 minutes passed and our food was delivered! The Just eat driver was unhappy as waited in McD for an hour and encouraged us to complain!nOur food was stone cold! Half filled drinks and chips in the bag upside down!nVery disappointing!

Portion sizes are terrible - couldn’t see a single fry from the front. You’d think these fries were coming out of the server’s own pocket, must have been the owner who dealt with this order and my next order - won’t make that mistake again, never ordering from her or Whitely BK for delivery again.

Not a good example for this chain tbhnnBrusque staff, food was not very well wrapped and constructed. Fell apart on openingnnClean enough but busy in their separate bubble behind the counter, almost oblivious to warm customer contact needsnnThere has to be more to it than just shouting out order numbers in an officious way?

We brought 9 children here for a birthday meal after the cinema and the manager and staff were extremely helpful, bringing the kids extra crayons, hats etc and generally look after us. Th kid had a great time. Thank you
