Security guard on door with the ponytail and beard is horrible, literally refused to apologise to me until police showed up and checked the CCTV and told him to apologise to me because it showed he lied and was in the wrong. Continually pushed my friend who did nothing 'aggressive' apart from stand with me. He continued to blame me in his apology, which the police told him to do, also refused to give name and badge number which was unsurprising for someone who has definitely caused multiple issues for customers before despite being the person who's supposed to look after them.

Really strange atmosphere. Security on doors at night, but most tables full with people that haven’t bought anything and are just sat on a table. Buying customers can’t sit and eat their meal but loads of randoms sat around with no food or order taking up space. No security intervention. Odd

Was what I would expect at a McDonald's.  This was the first McDonald's I ate at in the United Kingdom.  I had breakfast.  I ordered porridge with me meal because they don't have porridge at McDonald's in Canada.nnThe only thing missed, and I didn't bother correcting it because it was so minor, is that I didn't get two syrup packs.  Should have got one for the pancakes and one for the porridge.

This was a fantastic restaurant for me and my friend to dine at, where our orders came at a reasonable speed with my employee offers working properly! The staff were really helpful when the meal deal I initially ordered was unavailable, explaining that it was the burger out of stock. My friend was fully satisfied with his McChicken deal though and I enjoyed my white coffee, which came at a proper temperature! The counter is lit up well by the red lamps above and a nice setting is added by the graffiti-style drawings on the wall, one of the many areas that had cleanliness maintained!

Ordered 3 items and they forgot to send 1!!! How can you possibly miss off an item out of only 3. The item costs £5 and only receiving £1.97 back. How is this correct? I refuse to order delivery from them again. Called up and the manners were disgusting of whoever i spoke to!
