Not a great example of a McDonald’s because the food was not good.nnThe sausage McMuffin was dry. I sent back the hot chocolate because it was watery and the replacement was just as bad.nnI’d not go back.
A Thursday morning. It's not quite 11.00. The tables are dirty and littered. Service is slow. The person serving gets my order wrong and gives me 2 hash browns instead of 1. Lucky me, you might say, but giving profits away due to carelessness isn't great for business. Better management and staff training would quickly improve this restaurant.
this is my third bad experience at this McDonald’s. Don’t ask me why I keep coming back but I do today. I’ve got half a portion of chips when I put they replaced them with some cold full portion burgers bun was spilt with too much sauce in it. Ice machine wasn’t working And the person that served me look really miserable As they presented me with my half Your coach as well, I don’t evena meal
On the few visits recently, this specific McDonald's drive-through seems to be understaffed, certainly when eating in, though that could be due to the layout of the kitchen area.nService was on par with other McDonald's I've visited.nStaff were helpful to a number of guests.nThe outdoor seating area is impressive, with the number of outdoor seats with benches tables in the low double digits.nMusic level is acceptable.
After a long day travelling home from holiday thought we would swing by for 4 £5 meal deals on our way home only to find we have 4 meals deals minus 4 burgers. Should of known better to double check the contents of bags. Tried calling no answer. Not used this site for quite some time and things don't seem to have got any better
