If I can put this kindly they are horrible people never liked this mcdees the only time I was nice was when I was a kid it was always hot and freshly cooked now the day go on and im older to know its always cold no one survives you qwick enough when you see the food sat there one day I might go behind it and get it my self but yh even this rainbow better then the food and stuff I think they should sack everyone and get new people in mc dees needs to change for better even there nearly 2 pounds mc flurry is like a kids one or even smaller they getting lazy and tight with there food when we pay for the food we should get the food with our money not wait for hours on end and ending up complaining cuz the food is cold and the mc flurry no filled enough like come on guys its 2pound ice cream feel that cup to the top at lest
This is one of the cleanest mcdonald’s with actually helpful staff in kent. They are always very friendly and helpful with attentive staff always wanting to help at the service till explaining everything. Cleaning staff are always ready to clean tables and assist to take my tray when i’m about to leave and are very friendly Although if they don’t i put by rubbish and tray away to not leave a mess. Good food i get vegan and never had issue tastes good. One time i had an issue to the food due to just a little hair and it got replaced no questions asked. I’ve been coming here monthly for years as i live near the mcodnalds and it’s a good bite after the gym.
Best Mcdonalds I've been to in a long time! Nice and clean mcdonalds, even though it was very busy food at lunchtime,nthe food came out slow, promptly, accurate, and hot! There are no dirty tables. Staff are the friendliest, simply having conversations with all customers. Still good value for money. Just got love McDonald's
Food was freshly prepared, really tasty and hot. Great that it is 24hrs which has been very helpful. Staff were very helpful and friendly and order was ready very quickly. Unfortunately, there is no plant based milk for a latte, so can only have cold drinks or black coffee. I realise it's not very convenient, but it feels uncomfortable to be in a restaurant where they close off half the seats inside at night. A bit like you're not really supposed to be there. In the summer you can sit outside on the picnic tables of course.
I cannot thank the people enough working tonight. Not even food related. Having spent the night in A and E with my daughter and all petrol garage being closed with no option for contactless at 4am I had no way of getting home! Hannah kindly saved me and made such a stressful night easier! Amazing staff
