Welcoming staff, fast efficient service, plenty of parking along with a drive through. Inside and outside areas were all clean and tidy, no overflowing bins. There is a child's play area on site. Very nice experience.
Located close to Walsgrave Triangle, Coventry; close to J2 M6: cinema, bowling alley, Tesco Extra, Aldi, Pets at Home, Home Bargains & Asda superstores. Very handy if you have to visit Walsgrave Hospital.nThis Drive Thru McDonald's has nicer parking with trees, best part is the indoor play area, so excellent for kid's parties.
Ridiculous having a busy McDonald’s and a play area and a 90min time restriction. Should have a point to put your registration on like most places do. Your eating with kids and expect the food to come quickly leats be honest the fast food is never fast. Then you have a play area there was barely anywhere to sit. Just ridiculous when you have to fight with corrupt money grabbing parking companies because you treated your kids.
Explains why so many rats in car park. Very very dirty. Rude staff. Very very very slow service waited at speaker ages then sat at pay window for ages too. Then staff finally take payment. Then a long wait again for the food.
Having receipt for food and coffee I tried to speak to manager Conor to ask how I could of received a parking charge for overstay over the 1.5 hours permitted. The manager informed me I could stay there all day eating and drinking but my car could not. Very helpful.
