Completely wrong order have tried phoning 6 times and phone goes straight to voice mail - asked for a plain tripple cheese burger with tomato and lettuce and i got tomato mayonnaise ketchup - i am allergic to mayonnaise. Charged me extra for bbq sauce and never got that either. Spent 9.84 on a meal for them to get my chips and drink right. Would have driven back but live 20 minutes away only checked my order when i got home.
Worst service I've ever received. Sat waiting in the parking lot for 25 minutes and still no food. We order for work as we work night shifts...most appalling service out.nShocking services after I had to go and ask for my food again.nThey forgot.... and with a grin on their faces.nMaking it fresh... yeah, right.nLet me add the photos and more.nAfter receiving the so-called fresh order. I went to work and when I got there ...oh boy were we in for a surprise. We got a fish-o-filletdid not order this at all, then to top it, we got a deliveroo order that was made at 22:47. So now the food we were given was 3 hours old and standing on a hot pass. The fish burger was rock hard. The big mac's were disgusting. I went back to speak to the manager but he was not up for facing me as he was the one who packed the order and gave it to me. Now Mr Charles Lee was hiding in the kitchen when the staff told me he was the one to pass the order. I got offered my money back but i was only given £5.86. Again, what a disgrace.nLet's make them famous.nShare far and wide.
Drive through is disorganised. They send people to the waiting bay, even when it's full.nnWaited 25 minutes for order one standard item at 7am with only one other car around at same time.nnReported a missing burger from take away order and had no reply or compensation.nnEasy parking.nnNice play area for children outside and interactive tables inside.nnWheelchair friendly.
Overall good experience. We customised some of our burgers and they all came out correctly. Food took a bit longer than expected to be prepared, but other than that am good.
Ordered a double sausage McMuffin meal. Was told there was no hash browns available, so this was replaced with a fruit bag. As if this wasn't disappointing enough, after driving off, there was only a single sausage in the bun.
