So I decided to order after a night out and received the whole wrong order as any normal person would I complained and received nothing.nGiving them the benefit of doubt I ordered breakfast this morning after munching on my breakfast I peer down at my muffin and spot a hair on my egg. To my surprise when I go to remove the hair it is quite literally baked into the egg on my muffin.nTwice in a row I have had problems with my order and the customer service has been shocking.

I ordered a kids fish meal..nThe burger looked like it has been squished ...so wasn't impressed. Unfortunately my granddaughter bit into it straight away so I could not take it back. But it didnt look fresh

How do you like your burgers? Incinerated please. Only noticed when I was home and it’s hardly edible

Sadly this is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Didn’t think the McDonald’s in Bulgaria would be beaten.nnAt certain times this McDonald’s is just a kids zone or a teenagers hang out. Taking up all the tables and never really leaving the premises.nnTables covered in Rubbish.nNoisy and messy.nnThe Architecture of the Building is lovely though, so a thumbs up to that.nnFood isn’t ever hot so I don’t bother eating here anymore.nnRecommended if you like warm food that’s sometimes what you actually ordered.

I just ordered a chicken burger without the mayo and lettuce, but with cheese and ketchup, and chips. But I ended up with a bacon, chicken burger and the original chicken burger. Received a Coca-Cola, when the lady gave me the order I said to her that I didn’t order a Coke and I only ordered one chicken burger. She showed me the receipt which had two burgers and Coke on. I called over another employee, which started arguing with me that I apparently orderer that things I didn’t order. I asked her for a discount for next meal or money back and she just stormed off. I’ve done some other reviews on my other account and if I have one more problem with this McDonald’s I swear I will never be coming here again.
