Poor customer service!! Ordered food, missing big mac burger. Spome to staff in store who said I needed to raise this with uber eats. User eats refunded £2.09. The big mac alone was £5.39! Uber eats policy for missing items is £2.09. Why on earth is this the case. Customer service from both parties is absolutely disgusting!! Try harder to learn about customer's needs and rights! All the wasted time arguing on the phone for nothing! Avoid at all costs!!

This is not the first time, happen to me again today, ice cream Mac flurry  not filled fully, there is some training issue with the staff, as one time can be coincidental but this happen every time at this restaurant.nStaff need to be trained properly as they are spoiling McDonald reputation.

Staff made my children feel very uncomfortable. The staff seem to target kids for no reason. Member of staff told my daughter off for taking out a hair band and a fragrance from her bag and told her that they are not aloud to use make up in McDonalds. When she challenged her she threatened to have them removed and proceeded to get the security guard for back up to intimidate them. When they later returned and bought some food and sat down to eat it the security guard approached them as they were eating and laughing together as kids should! The security guard told them to be quiet and leave when they have finished their food! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from adults towards children that are just trying to sit somewhere safe and warm to eat and respectfully laughing together they are customers and they should be treated accordingly! There was also a small group of girls next to them and the security guard sat and watched them like a creep because he didn’t like that they were happy! What is wrong you people!

Food quality is low, but that's something you'd expect from McDonald's. When ordering through Uber it ALWAYS arrives cold, and very often barely wrapped up, making half of the items fall apart in transit.nBut worst of all, up to date, every single time after eating here I got literally sick. I've decided to finally learn my lesson after getting burned so many times, so I'll be avoiding this  place from now on.

Ordered a quarter pounder and chips and it was cold and. The cheese wasn’t melted like it’s meant to be on the new burgers. Waste of money. Only tried it because I heard they were doing “better burgers”.
