Tonight I bought a late tea.nPaid for a double Big Mac and the normal Big Mac.nOpened the boxes I got two normal Big Macs? Fries were cold too.
Worst mcdonalds ever !! Don't expect much for mcdonalds but this order was a joke the frozen lemonade was warmer then the food chips tasted like they had been left over night think it was a order that had been cancelled fished put of the waste and sent to us extreme as it sounds but is how extremely bad it was
They can't get orders right, 95% of the time there is missing items! Unfortunately the app won't let me choose a different restaurant for delivery annoying its such a convenience food and only local take away for a treat breakfast. The uber eats support centre will no longer provide refunds for their unprofessional service, so I'm having to pay for the pudsey Mcdonalds ineptitude....they believe it's fraud....nice one!!!
Every time you order something from this depot there is an issue, every time there is dips missing, and every time there is something missing from the order, I’m beginning to think it’s done deliberately either that or incompetence. I can’t stress enough do not use this depot.
Thought Butt Lane McDonalds was bad... this is on a par. No ice in the drinks. Fries undercooked and no salt. Big Macs hardly even assembled.
