Dropped son off at cadets, had time to spare called into McDonald's , when to the counter and asked for plain cheese burger, large fries and this is the important part A FRESH CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE,I said it twice to make sure he got it, so I stood and watched them taking food and drinks from a trolley, mine was next he came out with my order and the first thing I thought was he got my milkshake from that trolley. So I sat down to eat and took a drink. The milkshake was warm, watery, and taste horrible.so off back to change it and he did it again straight to the trolley for another one . I told him I wanted a fresh one from the machine and off he trot and got one. The milkshake was cold and thick like it should be and my food was cold by the time I got back to my seat. When you order a fresh milkshake that is what you want so be careful of the trolley and please go back and complain. I did.
New street McDonald's is worse than ever, had a take out Big Mac meal and a triple cheeseburger the Big Mac was shoddily put together, large fries more like small fries, triple cheeseburger was flattened and the large coke was more cup than coke for the price they charge its time they started to take pride in their meals and to top it off had to wait in the car park. I will not be going back there school kids could do a better job
Absolute joke, ordered via McDonald's app. Allocated 4 different vehicles before apparently delivering my food after 1hr 20 mins and even then I still did not receive anything! It certainly wasn't delivered to me. Courier number went straight to voicemail it's an absolute joke.
Use the drive-thru more than frequently and unfortunately wait times are always pretty longer than other franchises in the area. This is also regardless of how busy things are.nnFood preparation is sometimes a little sloppy.
This mcdonalds is by far the worst I have ever experienced. No order is ever correct. Employees don't seem to know the difference between simple food items! And the staff hygiene is non exsistsnt. I watched an employee playing with her hair AND ears, before putting her hand into a cup to take to the coffee machine for an order! DISGUSTING
