Waited 25mins for my order, watched staff walk past my food and ended up asking why no one was serving my order. I then asked for fresh chips as the food had been stood there for too long and was cold. I then waited another 5 minutes as they had forgotten my Galaxy pie. I understand it is busy and tea time but customers in the restaurant are made to wait longer due to the drivethrough and delivery drivers. Food was average.
Almost always busy but they get your order ready pretty quickly. Cleaner than most other McDonald's l've been to.
As all McDonald's on a business park, was quiet when we got there but I guess as the day goes on it would get very busy. Service was quick and it looked really clean
3rd time on the run I have ordered delivery from McDonald's Prescot and have not received all my items it isn't hard to read the order seriously sort it out and get staff trained to do there job properly!
If you have a choice to go to Huyton mackies or prescot go here. You may wait slightly longer at times but 99% of the time the food is hot and your order is correct.
