Decent McDonald’s restaurant. Service was pretty good and food average. A bit tattered and worn in places though, particularly as it has been renovated relatively recently. Furthermore, the outside play area slide and things are now all shut down and it doesn’t look good at all. There is some outdoor seating available as well.
We as a family had an absolutely terrible experience in Strabane Mc Donald's on bank holiday Mon. Our main food came and was ok but when we went to order Mc Flurry's it was awful. We waited a full 20 minutes and when they came out they were already melted. We asked for them to be made again and when they came they were not the right flavours were not correct. We asked for a refund and left with 6 very unhappy grandkids. Assisted manger was not very helpful
Fresh, clean, bright branch of Mc Donalds close to retail park in Strabane just over the border from Lifford in County Donegal. Toilets were clean. Shop was quiet when we were there.
I like going here as it is handy to where i work. Staff friendly and the food is good. My only problem is the drive thru seem to have priority over the inside customers. When the drive thru is busy and you want to sit in, you will need patience, a lot of it.
Bit slow, waited over 10 minutes for 2 medium meals. Good was great when it arrived.
