Can’t get simple orders correct. Can’t count how many times they’ve left full meals missing from my order. Chip cartons are half empty. Food is freezing. Drinks are mostly melted ice they’ve been sitting for so long. Never had such terrible service and they don’t want to know. Constant issues with items missing, manager doesn’t want to know. Place should be closed down.
I was in today with my grandson as he wanted a world cup meal. The self service machines were not working so i went to the counter where I stood for a few minutes before anyone came to serve me. I started to say I tried the self service but was cut off mid sentence by a very abrupt staff member who took my order. The meal came quite quickly but the chips were almost cold and undercooked. My drink Sprite tasted like ice cubes that were too long in the freezer. I was wary of my grandson's meal but he said it tasted okay. However, he is now crying with pains in his tummy and has diarrhoea. ? food poisoning ?. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience in this particular McDonalds and I feel it should be investigated.
Went to the drive throughnVery busy place and had a big order- they got everything right. Food was good.
Nice and clean, good staff but food can be a bit inconsistent
Service was very slow. Took about 20 minutes to get my order which was a take out. The food is just average I guess. Staff were nice enough. I think they either hate their job or are just tired to be honest.
