We were waiting over 20 minutes at the counter after the drive through closed, it wasn't busy, there's 5 staff. All visibly doing nothing, like they was all too scared to serve us. Doing everything they can to look busy busy being putting pieces of paper down and feeling handles. A woman finally came to serve us and told us she couldn't do our app order and could do an in store order, after we cancelled the app order she LEFT, without taking our order there. And when they did make the food, it's was at a comedic slow pace. And even with the slow pace, they still managed to only get a quarter of the cheese slice in the burger. And the counter was filthy, also with a dirty rag slopped on top of it. They didn't apologize for the wait. Just called the number quietly and ran off so there was no interaction. I love McDonald's usually, but I'm actually gobsmacked with how awful this service was. Go to any other place than here it's so awful.
Firstly the food was fresh and hot and everything you would expect fram a McDonalds. It was just before 11, so i had the McGrideI. I went to the drive through as I was pushed for time. The left lane was occupied and so I went to the one on the right. I waited, and I waited... another car came and was served immediately at the service point to my left. I looked around and there was nothing to indicate this Lane was closed. The screen was lit up and assured me someone would be right with me. But still nothing. A second car was served on the Lane to my left... so I reversed and went to the other lane. I asked why I had been ignored at the other lane only to be informed that they only had the one labe open. I asked why they hadn't put cones out to indicate this to anyone. The person I spoke to said you'll have to ask my manager. Whe I pulled up to the window the manager was waiting for me. We spoke... I asked why they hadn't put cones out. He apologised and while we spoke 2 other cars were bought out the same way I was.nnOnce I received my meal I parked up and waited and watched to see if the issue was addressed. They didn't bother. Several more cars fell foul of the unofficial or at least unannounced lane closure with no attempt from McDonalds staff or the manager to inform them of this issue leaving me to assume the apology was just lip service and they didn't actually care about the inconvenience. There are plenty of other McDonalds out there, and when they have a lane closed they put cones up. It just seems ignorant for this branch not to.
Nicer than I expected. It's 24 hours and on a busy road so I thought it might be look 'overworked' but it was bright and clean and modern. Service was quick and the food was good. There are crayons and colouring for the kids. The outdoor climbing frame has been removed though unfortunately.
Local McDonald's to us, but this is now the fourth time in a row they've gotten the order wrong via the app,collect through drive through.nThis time round totally different burger ordered, spicy mexican burger instead of BBQ stack... Again! Girlfriend couldn't eat it. We try and give them benefit of doubt as it's a tough job and the service was pretty good, friendly server but the whole point is to get food orders correct and it's now getting to the point where McDonald's will not get a single penny from us again, that little more can get you quality like Burgerking which will now get our custom. People don't mind waiting that little bit longer if the order is 100% correct. A shame.
Is there anyone who knows what they’re doing actually working at this branch? Ordered one of the frappes late night. The machine had been turned off which is fine. But why was this not done on the app before cleaning started. When we informed about this, I asked if I could have a refund. The worker was genuinely about to say no before another person stepped in, who also had absolutely no clue what they’re doing. We’ll see if the money appears but knowing this branch it’ll be another failure
