Was fantastic hot burger Ebony was the shift manger when we arrived , the staff gave us a friendly smile , also I did like the sense of humour they have fair play to them to keep the place going
After a small technical mishap with the order which left me and my friend waiting a little bit, the senior manager was excellent in making sure the food came out fresh and handled the situation very well and I cannot thank him enough. Diogo was amazing and am very happy with the outcome despite the mishap before.. He even handled the group of lads who were basically harassing the staff on the till.
Very expensive for what it was, plus a Big Mac meal was shown as costing £6.59, yet we were charged £13.98 for two!nBurger wasn't very hot, plus portion of chips was not a medium portion.nWhen I asked for a serviette the Manageress begrudgingly gave me two! One for me, one for my wife! I didn't care much for her attitude either!nI'm not very impressed and think I'm going to take this up with Trading Standards.
Called in after a work visit to gear 4 music... Ordered got our food lovely then was presented with food for someone else but on our table number... Nobody claimed it... So had a free second meal ! Wayhay ! Will go again
Store generally kept tidy and clean however food orders are wrong quite often, missing items etc. We also received pies way past their discard time so we’re very dry and burnt. I think it’s because the store is always busy standards seem to slip. Also very annoying the fryer alarms are always going off, very annoying to hear while eating, I don’t know why someone doesn’t mute them or deal with them to shut them up.
