At peak times, this place can get very busy particularly on an Exeter matchday and it’s a bit of a crowd waiting for food, but I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes.nnThe staff are so patient and friendly considering the sheer volume of people that this place serves every day, as the only McDonald’s in the centre of the city.nnFood is always hot, a high standard and tasty.nnOne thing I’d like to note: Please fix the self service machines, so that they accept the app!!!! On multiple occasions now, it’s not recognised my code which is pretty frustrating.
The guy on the phone was extremely rude to my sister... she was just trying to ask a question about the sauces and got a rude response and hung up on. I understand there's prank calls from time to time however this response to my autistic sister is not ok, I don't appreciate it at all, please control whoever this man is answering the phone at about 1.20 am. So not ok.
Ordered food from u 2 and a half hours ago. 4 different drivers have accepted the order 4 times u clearly haven't had it ready and I'm still waiting. Tried calling and line is constantly busy. Literally called 76 times and no answer. In 15mins it will be 3hrs. I pay to treat my daughter and yet shes been let down by you. Absolute joke.nUpdate - food ordered at 5.17pmnArrived at 8.20pmnWouldn't have been so bad but didn't deliveroo my food, they delivered someone's vegan meal. Disgusted with McDonald's
Lovely little place with additional tables upstairs. But if you go towards the rear of the resteraunt with the sliding doors i suggest you wear a coat! As the day i visited the wind came howling through and this i may add is only the beggining of the year with the temperatures dropping.
I walked and the place was packed. Though it was Lunch time so I'll let them off. I went to order my usual but the machine didn't print a receipt so when I went to collect my meal I had to explain. Luckily, the staff were super friendly even considering the fact it was very busy. My food was about average for a McDonald's but my friend's chips were undercooked and unsalted. They were inedible.nThe majority of people eating here were teenagers who aren't very respectful and rude. One even threw their straw at my friend. This isn't the eateries' fault but I thought I'd mention.
