Unfortunately, my visit to the McDonald's in Loughborough Market Place was very disappointing. I only ordered an Apple Pie and waited 30 minutes, then decided there was no point in waiting any longer and just left.nnFurthermore, the restaurant itself was chaotic and untidy—fries were lying everywhere, and the service seemed inadequate considering the volume of customers. It seemed like no one was keeping an eye on the situation or maintaining basic cleanliness standards.nnHonestly, this location should be under quality control, because customer satisfaction is hard to come by in this state. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
Brought my daughter a s 7 of her friends here for her birthday. We were able to get seats upstairs no problem. The server upstairs was so helpful and understanding.
A large assortment to choose from! I really liked the menu for vegetarians and vegans, a separate menu! Delicious! The guys are working very fast, well done! Recommend!
2nd time visiting this establishment, will sadly be the last. We visited here in December it took 20 minutes to have our food handed over. Fast food?nAs I sit here now my head is ringing and spinning from high pitched beeping devices louder than the music, and everyone's voices. My sons Happy Meal had no fries, we had to go back up for his fries. The mens toilets were out of order, the machine we paid on didn't print a recipient, fries unsalted AGAIN!! the area was over congested, families stood eating as tables all full, overall, a bad experience.
Busy place good service.all tho some times fries are refried seem to me burgers cold ,I always get my drink with no ice that way I get more.
