Basic take away order of 2 burgers and 2 medium fries  with no customisation took 19 minutes to prepare. Once home everything was stone cold and instead of a double quarter pounder with cheese, there was a double cheese burger. Made to wait almost 20 minutes to be ripped off. Beyond unacceptable.

Don't order takeaway.  1 pickle in Quarter Pouner and nothing inside, made mistake with icecream , chips was old.

Long waiting times for nothing basically and once delivered still wrong. Staff not to be bothered about the waiting times , order not on screen , they clean the shop 4hrs before closing which makes it difficult to dine in for the customers. The delivery drivers raking 2 4 orders making pictures and managers chase them up , circus . Not healthy choice but definitely will not gonna go anytime soon. Good luck in your business.

Ordered through deliveroo 45 minutes for delivery.nFood turned ice cold, its like it was bagged up as soon as they recieved the order and was sitting on the shelf for 40 minutes waiting for a driver..nnI called up the restaurant only to be told that its deliveroo's fault doubt it and that I should go through the app. Fine, okay, so you're not responsible for sending cold food out nnI contacted deliveroo and got £4 refund on a £25 order. Just not justified is it!

I have ordered 3 apple pie and 3 ice cream it took 45 minutes to bring it to our table I ask them about my order but they just said it’s coming I saw other people getting their order which some of them had apple pie or ice cream  don’t recommend this branch
