If I wanted a medium fries I would have ordered it. Why pay for a large to be given a medium portion instead?nWe mistakenly did not order a bag and our food was rested on the dirty windowsill while we sorted an alternative at the drive through.nThe ignorant staff member could not care less about their job role, customers or lack of facial expressions that indicate someone is paying attention to you. The food was lukewarm at best, the staff we dealt with were rude and rushed.nObviously you understand it’s McDonalds what you pay for is what you get. But the staff at this particular branch should possibly consider a new career if they can’t be bothered to even try and fulfil their basic job expectations.

It's one of the worst lattes I've ever had from a McDs. It was undrinkable, and the cup was all sticky, not good when you're in a car. Had to wash my hands, clean my steering wheel, then pour the entire cup down the drain, waste of £1.99. Please check the settings on your latte machine and tell you're till operators to wash their hands after dishing out McFlurries or Milkshakes.

Large fries lol what a bunch of I don't care people this store is full of, not once have the ever got my order right and if this is large fries then it's a absolute joke. As a Franchise they should be maintaining standards this is just poor attention and care. If this wasn't a delivery I'd be right up the the counter. 2.48 for this half empty box. This McDonalds is the worst. Always get orders wrong.... I got a chicken big mac today without a bun lid. Other meal had ketchup when specifically asked for none. Chips always are luke warm at best. I always think it will get better.nnStaff also sound miserable at the drive thru.... and 9 times outta 10 I have to park up for my food.nnWhy is this mcdonalds sooooo bad????
