Feel sorry for the Leven locals who have to bring their kids here because it's McDonald's, if it was called anything else it would be shut down within a week. Waited over 40 minutes for a cold happy meal and main meal. Wasn't even busy, and plenty of staff who didn't have a care in the world. Added bonus of brown lettuce and stale chips. Worst McDonald's by some distance, which is an incredible achievement. Won't be back, food was fed to the local birds by the beach.
Service is shocking. 95% of the time you're told to park regardless of your order. Expect 65% of your sauce requests for delivery to actually make it, and the coke tastes weird sometimes.
If I wanted a medium fries I would have ordered it. Why pay for a large to be given a medium portion instead?nWe mistakenly did not order a bag and our food was rested on the dirty windowsill while we sorted an alternative at the drive through.nThe ignorant staff member could not care less about their job role, customers or lack of facial expressions that indicate someone is paying attention to you. The food was lukewarm at best, the staff we dealt with were rude and rushed.nObviously you understand it’s McDonalds what you pay for is what you get. But the staff at this particular branch should possibly consider a new career if they can’t be bothered to even try and fulfil their basic job expectations.
Food was quick and yummy, service was quick and over with in seconds.. the car park however.... got some nasty folk siting waiting around, your local multicultural car meet for uber & just eat,
Absolutely appalling customer service, the worst McDonalds restaurant by far.nServed a hot chocolate which tasted like dish water and was told by a manager that it was fine because she tasted it and that's the way it always is despite me having them before refused a refund, wouldn't disclose information so that I could raise a complaint because of the belligerence.nRude, argumentative and an absolute perfect portrayal of disgusting service.
