Awful. 30 minute wait on drive through 27Nov, 17:10, had to drag my five year olds into the store to get the food. Manager Steve I'm told hid behind some of his other staff and refused to see me. Asked to move because I was in the way we were, but where's my food guys! are you awake?.. apparently It's a promotion and they did not expect to sell as much food. I mean really.
Absolutely terrible...nIn the middle of putting order in at the drive through, the till crashed. 7 mins later put order in, drove round paid after being told I cant have what I want as it's not on the till, regardless of me being able to get it everywhere else I visit.nWas given my milkshake and told to wait at next window... 10 minutes later I complained ...nIts a double cheeseburger and small fries... burger had been sat and fries were cold!!!
I don’t know why but this store in particular is notorious for getting orders wrong, this store is one of the closest for me and they get my order wrong a good solid 50% of the time but normally I’m quite forgiving but , it’s gotten to the point now that I will travel or pay more for further delivery on another store, just so I ain’t playing roulette when I order something, since it generally seems to be this store only that has this problem and I don’t have this problem at the other stores.
Absolutely terrible, ordered through just eat food took 1 hours to be delivered at 2am food tasted like it had been cooked and reheated several times, the mango sprite and apple sprite are literally soda water with a tiny bit of syrup to give it a smell, but the taste is just soda water.nSeveral items missing from the order,and the apple pie tastes like it was cooked in the dish washer. Asked them about missing items to be told it's nothing to do with them. Avoid if you enjoy food
Ordered online. Ordered the grinch meal didnt get socks or gherkin fries never order online from here if you order 20 times they will probably get it right 1 time and chips are always freezing!!!!!!
