Ordered a few times and each time one item would be missing. I ignored sometimes as some are small items such as fruit bag or small fruit shot drinks. This time it was one of the meals. I called the restaurant but they couldn’t help to deliver the missing item because the delivery drivers do not work for them.So not going to order again from this restaurant again.
My partner and I finished work late as usual, and decided to make our way down to this mcdonalds to grab some well earned food.nnWhen we arrived, we went inside only to be told by a customer that he'd been stood waiting for 25 minutes, and nobody had come to serve him, despite their being 3 staff in who he'd called out to several times. My partner and I waited for 10 straight minutes, I went up and called out for service and was promptly ignored by the night shift staff. Absolutely disgusting service and a real shame. Only 3 customers in at midnight and they couldn't even be bothered to serve us. We left promptly and without any food. We won't be back here again knowing that the night shift staff don't care to serve a measly 3 people.nnTruly awful service and I hope that action is taken against the staff on shift tonight.
Click and serve is SO SLOW.n30mins waiting. Watching all the staff look lost in the carpark with orders. They have made the entire car park click and serve instead of just a few bays. It's very obviously not working cold food since staff are running around outside passing over and over again.
Never ordering McDonald’s again .. Ordered Food waited 30 minitues and if never came but said it had been delivered in the app ….. rang the restaurant and they said they will just be running late ….. another 20 minutes and still nothing …. Called again and they said that they is nothing they can do beucase it’s uber eats who deliver the food so contact them …. So I did ….. über eats said because I did not order from uber eats them self they is nothing they can do , so not happy at all It’s a joke. Last few times I have order the order has been wrong and when the food arrives the food is also cold.
Ordered a plain Big Mac meal and it was covered in pepper couldn’t eat it what a waste of time and money also food was cold
