Had a very good experience at this restaurant this evening.nI had a small issue which was swiftly dealt with by James the Restaurant Manager.nMassive thank you James for Going above and beyond expectations. Very polite and customer service was exceptional.nThank You James.
Like you can see my flat white is definitely not 0.2l and I believe the person who served my coffee saw that. Always expect to follow the standards. £2 is too much for this. I'm really disappointed how the service not only in McDonald's is going down in recent years.
A nice McDonald's conveniently sited at the Crawley Leisure Park, modern, clean with plenty of seating inside and outside under cover and great staff service with a smile.
Don't bother visiting late only interested in serving delivery companies. Waited over 20 mins for my order at which point I gave up and got a refund going home hungry after a long day at work. Would have given 0 stars if that was possible! Incompetent manager!
This is in the Crawley leisure park .... it is usually very busy as it’s one of the economical option in leisure park centre .... the wait time is ok considering a very busy place like usually McDonalds is ... the service is ok ... you have booking screens available in this McDonald’s to quicken your ordering process ... overall good
