I can't say much about the service or atmosphere as I ordered online. What I can say about the meal is that it was completely wrong. I ordered a bacon and egg muffin with no cheese, coffee, hash brown and two milks. The bacon was fatty had one bite and realised not only was it cold and fatty, but there was cheese on it and no egg it was awful. The milk magically turned into fruit drinks. The coffee was cold and the hash brown greasy. So for my £13 or so with delivery I ended up with a cold coffee and greasy hash brown. I tried to ring them but they didn't bother answering the phone. I have put in a claim with Just Eat and I guess if I don't get reimbursed I will be contacting McDonalds Head Office.
I’m really disappointed. I ordered the McSpicy Chicken Burger, and what I received didn’t even feel like food. The chicken patty looked and felt like a hard, flat stone — completely inedible. I couldn’t take a single bite. It wasn’t fresh at all — the color was off, the texture was strange, and it seemed like it had been sitting there for days. I was hungry and excited, but I had to throw it away. It’s not something you serve to any human being. Anyone who handled that burger could clearly see it wasn’t okay to send out. That’s what hurts the most. I expected better from McDonald’s.
You pretty much know what youre getting at a McDonalds, occasionally they surprise you and the food is actually hot, fresh and well presented but not this time. Im not sure I've ever had fries this bad, they were overcooked to the point they almost crumbled yet they were cold. Their empty husks left a void in my enjoyment of an otherwise average meal. Maybe we caught them at a bad time, but fresh fries shouldn't be too much to ask for.
Still don't know why folk eat here. Only asked to review as we drove nearby. There are better burgers sold in a lot of places. Don't bow down to pretty advertising and don't be a sheep....think outside of the box for your fast food, or better still, make your own.
I am sick and tired of this McDonald's. They constantly misplace order items but today was the last straw. Not only did they forget an entire order part my partners main meal but to top it off there is what appears to be a dead fly in her drink! I am sick and tired of these poor standards and it will be the last time I order from here.
