Over two weeks I visited this place twice because my daughter insisted both burgers I had was from their seasonal premium selection. Both were tasteless and appalling, within 200 meters of Mc D’s you have KFC and Hungry Lions, all fast food and I’m not a big fan of fast food but if you held me over a barrel I would choose KFC. So I’ll post a picture of the Mc D’s chicken burger which I did not finish. It was almost cold and the ingredients were bland, the bun was chewy and the only thing that had taste was a rubbery type of chorizo that turned my stomach. Look, I understand this is fast food but this is not food, I could 3D print something with more taste.  The burger patty within the first burger had absolutely no taste. Now this is not just this store,all Mc D’s feed their public rubbish at a premium price for what it just barely recognised as food for human consumption. Look at the cheese in the photos.

If I could give no stars I would!!!! Every order was wrong!!!!! My coffee was made with gone off milk!!!! Literally hit my lips and I threw up It's not the first time our orders have been wrong but after the state of that coffee we won't ever be going back!!!!!!!

They get the order wrong and leave out items so consistently & repeatedly that I'm beginning to think it's a strategy to increase profits. I'm talking 8 or 9 times out of 10 when from uber eats or drive through. I now check every time before moving on and do not use Uber eats anymore for this placeFood: 3/5

Went in today with my mom and children, the day time manager here today made our visit that bit better! So friendly, helpful, attentive, this man has honestly made our day with how cheerful he was! I haven’t been to a McDonald’s restaurant that has had such lovely customer service in a long time!

why do I still get dirty looks from your employees when I hand them €4 in all 20c change when I want a chilli chicken wrap? Doesn't seem fair. MONEY IS MONEY?! I'm not sorryFood: 4/5

Again my request came missing snack ... stays the tip: never leave the store without checking your request, get home and see this happen again, loses even hunger!

Very long wait, those who ordered after got first as girl knew a big crowd of young people,, terrible service

We had a great experience here today for my daughters birthday. The staff were just fantastic. I want to thank one staff member especially for his kindness and professional manner. I think his name was Jayson. A really lovely man.

Came in for breakfast, it's Wednesday, 2 others in shop about 10 staff. Shop looks lovely in its new livery. My bacon roll was a breakfast roll so I returned it, no replacement came until we asked for it. Staff chatting and giggling or looking bored. Do better.
