Dropped in to get the daughter something to eat, didn't buy for me but had a good fair share of the daughters: food hot as always, service was relatively quick for the amount of patrons at the drive through and in the shop, staff friendly and place generally clean and tidy considering the people in sideFood: 5/5
Halesowen used to be good but now it's slow, the orders are often cool or they've made are missing things. The jam muffin never seems to have butter, jam or a knife, basically a dry muffin. Bored of complaining.
Quite disappointing today Ordered a sausage mc muffin..then a 2nd one for the pooch minus the egg the bun and the butter. So basically just the sausage part, and its same price 3.09 as if it was everything,that's a bit like having two pieces of bread and no meat and been charged for a beef sandwich, certainly wont be going again
Four times out of five, the order is missing something to be honest. Have to apologise to my kids nearly every time. Been a regular customer for a few years, but didn't always used to be that way. I think it gets very busy, but they're unable to manage it. Won't go any more.Food: 2/5

absolutely rubbish. forgot half my meal and after i had given all the details of what was missing and my receipt they said they couldn’t give me my food that i had PAID for and they couldn't refund it. absolute joke.

A very convenient and well situated McDonald's with quick service and food is always as you would expect from a McDonald's. It so has onset parking as well as a drive through. Always clean and well stocked of items too. Well worth a visit if you want a maccies.
I had a double cheese burger and they forgot my pickles also my dad ordered a grand Big Mac and they forgot the bacon
If using the drive thru you are always asked to park up, doesn't matter the time of day or what you order and there isn't enough parking. Food is really hit and miss as well fries are often cold and alot of the staff are rude and unhelpful.Food: 3/5
