It was Terrible, you could call it a nightmare. I ordered a Spicy Rap and some chips, they told me to pull up, i waited for 40 minutes, involved me get out my car and walk in to collect, by time my food was cold the milkshake was melted. The exit was blocked from all the cars, had to wait 5 minutes. The workers was rude and had no clue what they was doing they looked like npcs not playable characters This was Perfectic, Don't Go Here, Go to KFC instead. 1/5
Ordered dinner on uber eats and not only were the burgers incorrect I ordered a big tasty with bacon but no tomato but received a big tasty without bacon and with tomato in a big tasty with bacon box but they arrived cold. Now this was no fault of the driver obviously as it only took around 20 minutes to arrive and quite clearly had been due to the burger more than likely being sat in the hot hold. Perhaps in future you might want to make sure that your delivery orders are being sent out complete and correct but also at an edible temperature as I highly doubt anyone likes to eat a cold beef burger with the texture of a scab.
I wouldn't normally review a fast food place, but the manger working this vist was so accommodating and helpful that this review is for him. My order was horrific from water hot choc, soggy wraps and all cold. He replaced the lot I only wanted the chocolate but very grateful to the way my complaint was handled.Food: 1/5
We arrived around 12.30 and there was a small queue of about 5 cars in front of us. Despite the outside temperature being around zero degrees, a young employee in an enormous hi-vis jacket was taking orders outside. She was cheerful and took our order quickly and it was ready faster than it usually is! The food was exactly as you'd expect. Yummy!
Very busy today but happy to see a lot of staff on and very happy to see a lady wiping down the table . Just proves put the right amount of staff on makes a better exercise. Thank you and happy new year xx
Very friendly and polite staff. Efficient and proactive service. The toilets and the restaurant has been cleaned regularly.
A really good McDonald’s. With great service and staff however it’s the little things that needed attention. Once I pointed out the cleanliness of the terminals, the team member was mortified and cleaned everyone straight away. Let’s hope they keep it going.
Hands down the worst Mc Donald's we have ever eaten. Waited 25 minutes for our food to arrive using click and serve. Ended up going in to find out what was going on. Staff running around and seemingly no one had a clue what was going on. People ahead of myself were also complaining about bad service and missing items. Food was absolutely stone cold and disgusting. Sadly, we did not have the time to go back in to complain.
Had to pull into a bay to wait for our order and as we were pulling away we realised part was missing. Someone then ran out with it but it wasn't until we got home we found they had given us chicken pieces instead of a chicken wrap!!!! At least the chips were hot, which makes a change. Come on McDonald's it ain't rocket science!
Just want to thank the manager and staff of Frome branch who let us charge our phone while we were waiting for the AA on a freezing night with a 2 month old baby. Their kindness was much appreciated.
