Want to hear a joke? What’s worse than finding a fly in your milkshake? Finding a fly in your mouth after drinking a mouthful of milkshake!  For more brilliant sidesplitters make sure to go to this McDonalds where apparently quality assurance doesn’t exist. But hey, at least they put a little extra protein in your shake, right?

Went though drive thou half Oder missing because they can't take your order right before you can check on what you have ordered you get tolled to drive down asked where my other drink was and got tolled to drive back and order again!! After saying that my order was order and not going back around kids meal was chucked in box was all over so my kid could not eat it as all mushed up and our shared cheese melts well someone on there had a good bit on a few off them. you could see the teeth marks in them will not be coming here again

Ordered food at the drive through 4 medium meals was asked twice if we wanted large or medium meals £ 23.13 collected food with only 1 portion of fries, complained and was forced to pay £4.47 for 3 medium fries which if my order had of been correct would have cost an extra £1.50 in total as meals. No apology or understanding from the cashier just repeating thats £4.47 that’s £4.47 very poor attitude and service why ask twice what size meal we wanted on all 4 meals then only give 1 portion of fries. Rip off do not use. was told he is new and it’s his first day, very poorly trained obviously.

I have visited this Mcdonalds several times before but this is the first time I have had a negative experience. On other occasions I have stopped off through the day. Sometimes busy, but never a problem. Staff always pleasent .This time, it was 9pm evening. The service was poor,staff were slow, laid back and overall uncairing. The prepaired food was stacking up waiting to be served to waiting customers. The food was luke warm at best  we had takeaway . I won't call in at this Mcdonalds on evening again.

We only went through the drive through.  A que as always but we were sorted in 10 minutes. Food as it always is and that's nothing like the pictures or as advertised.    Chips cold so no surprise there .  It filled a gap. Just glad I never paid for it  and a friend did otherwise I don't use it.Food: 2/5

The person on the drive thru rushed us leaving us no time to think, food was mid and hot and nice view of the west Yorkshire police men. Overall wouldn't return, bad experience for the last time getting McDonald's.Food: 4/5

I entered this establishment to enjoy a delicious dinner meal with my Kolega. Oh how wrong was I to choose such a place.  At first things were normal, however around 10-15 minutes into our endeavour, trouble broke out between a young girl who was cleaning and a hatted youth in the corner of the seating area.  I genuinely feared for my life, and found that my milkshake had curdled due to the tension found in the atmosphere.  Heed my warning, and proceed with caution here, as you may be required to step in and break up a fight.

It is a lovely McDonald's the service staff that clean the tables are nice but the staff behind the counter could do with some training because they are not professional in the fact that they are standing around chatting when customers are waiting touching there face or scratching there body but then don't wash there hands. But the food is very nice apart from the hot chocolate as it is always very watery  and some of the the chips are cold most of the time.

Used the app to order while I sat in the car. Due to poor WiFi it took a while to place the order but was brought to me quite quickly and was all correct and according to order. Something that doesn't always happens at all restaurants!  Parking: No designated parking for McDonalds customers but as it in part of a shopping area there is plenty of parking within 150 metres of McD&#39;s.

My Dad and Grandma were waiting for me to arrive from a different direction for a while but hadn't noticed the 90 minute limit for parking,  a lovely worker called Caroline had taken note of their arrival and came to remind them that the 90 minutes allowed was from driving into the car park and so they needed to be aware they would be fined if they stayed over. This was really kind and saved them getting a fine,  customer service above and beyond.  The food was also good,  hot and quickly delivered and the fries were lovely and crispy  Parking: 30 spots
