Consistently hopeless. Orders frequently wrong. Sauces missing every other visit. Rarely have iced drinks available. Waiting times ridiculous. Inside feels like an Uber eats social club. Avoid at all costs.

Customer service is missing! 3 of the 4 people I spoke with had no basic maners. There was no, 'please', 'thank you' or 'sorry for your wait'. I went through drive through, and was sent to a bay to wait for food. After sitting waiting for 20 minutes, I was hoping the food would be fresh with the wait, sadly got home and the burger was cold and more lettuce in the box than the burger and the chicken strips were rock hard like they had been double cooked and dry. The fries looked anaemic, like they needed another 30 seconds. I sadly won't be going back in a hurry.

Restaurant was dirty and many youths hanging around, vaping with general antisocial behaviour.  Kids area/ iPads not working. Rubbish piled up next to bins.  Felt more like a staff room for Uber/Deliveroo drivers than a restaurant.

I ordered my food and asked for a milkshake but the machine was out of order then I ordered my burger and fries with barbecue sauce. When I got to the collect window they asked if I wanted any sauces and I said barbecues please but there was no barbecue even though I asked twice and it was on the receipt

Uber eats and deliveroo have ruined this branch. Its like a staff meeting when you go at peak times, or any time for that matter. The wait time is ludicrous, and you get no apology. Staff all look fed up, no smile, no cheery voice. Nothing. Always youths hanging around inside and out, putting people off. Drivethru always slow and orders wrong. I genuinely can't find a reason why this place is always busy. It's terrible!

Absolutely Hopeless! Couldn't get an order right even if they tried. Waste of money & time. Drive thru was an actual joke with a wait time of 10 min, so much for fast food.

Last 3 or 4 times I have came here they haven't had half of what we wanted to order. Last time no Spanish stack meals so we ordered Chicken Fiesta Meals, none of those either; so this time we ordered Spanish Stack meals again and again none, so we ordered the chicken one, at least they had those then it came to ordering the drinks and guess what of course they had no iced drinks at all. So once again we are not eating or drinking what we came for. I am only giving two stars because it used to be quite good. Its only gone down hill recently.

As you would expect for a McDonalds. Location is within 3 miles of the A1. It's on a very busy roundabout, so it can be difficult to get to in peak traffic. There is parking but due to its popularity it can be difficult to park sometimes. The layout, compared to its other branches, seems compact. Staff are friendly and helpful. Menu as you'd expect.

They ALWAYS forget your dips! Why?! Not once have I ever had an order actually be correct from this branch, constantly having to go back round the drive thru or get out and go into the store which defeats the whole purpose of fast food. You choose book for the happy meal and they give you toy, or vice versa. They tell you they put the dip in the happy meal when you ask for extra at the end, good job you ask otherwise you’d get none. Last happy meal we got the chips were stone cold and only given 3 nuggets! 80% of the time the fries are cold, soggy and unsalted. Overall this has to be the worst McDonald’s service especially when it comes to accuracy and paying attention to customers orders.
