Seating indoors and out. Access for pushchairs and wheelchair. 6  touch screens, on this visit 1 was not working, 3 ipdas in the kids section all workingon this visit. Everything else is what you expect to see at McD. Tables were very clean staff were cleaning them after customers had left. All staff were pleasant and polite during the visit which seemed very busy for a Sunday afternoon. It was very busy for deliveries and this did seem to be the main priority for the staff here as a simple Big Mac n fries took about 15mins Drive thru available, there are 2 disabled spaces just outside. Plenty of additional car parking spaces Give this review a thumbs up if you think it is helpful.

I am shocked. This is the first McDonalds I have come across where the food was actually hot. Also I must praise the young girls that where handing out the orders. There was a group of thick accented Manchester men that were loud and obnoxious. Not kids ... aged between 30/40. Not even a thank you when their orders arrived. It just goes to prove what living in Manchester does to good manners for some. The young girls countered with sweet smiles. Well done!!!

There’s a new member of staff on the drive thru today who is extremely rude and has no customer service etiquette whatsoever. I fail to understand how she got the job in the first place. First time I’ve ever experienced such horrendous behaviour from a member of staff at this McDonald’s. The manager was very helpful and most of the staff very nice. Shame about the new member of staff, she’s letting the place down.

Empty McD's in a early morning. Standard like many others. Clean and tidy at 6am. Wife went to counter to collect order, while I visited little boys room, so didn't see what staff were like serving. One girl member of staff sat out in the customer area didn't look up or acknowledge us.Food: 4/5

When travel there's to great reasons to look out for that big yellow M in the Sky 1. You know exactly what the food is going to taste like, and 2. You know its a comfortable space to stop and rest for a bit

Seems to take forever to get your food here, unless you're in the drive thru. Food is usually good though, although I've had a few instances where items have been missing from deliveries, but overall it's okay.Food: 4/5

The place looked like it was in total chaos. Took over 10 minutes for 3 meals. Both happy meals had no book or toy included but we didn't realise until we left the car parkFood: 4/5

Milkshake machine 'playing up', so paid ectra for two milkshakes and then they gave us an orange juice and coke instead. Bacon sandwich had a drop of brown sauce. Sausage and bacon muffin was good.Food: 3/5

2nd time in 3 weeks we've been missing a food in our order. First time a quarter pounder burger was missed. And now today a quarter pounder, large fries, medium fries were all missing! Didn't even give straws with our milkshakes?! Ridiculous
