I haven't been to a McDonald's for about 10 years, but stopped off at this one on route. I had a vegan burger and a hot chocolate. The burger was delicious, served hot and very quickly. I was impressed with the ordering on the big screens.. I need to get out more! . The place was very clean and had spacious seating. Very impressed.  Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options available.  Kid-friendliness: Books and toys with a happy meal. I think the book idea is brilliant!  Parking: Plenty of parking.  Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors

The servers are lovely and nice. However. Stop here often for coffee and quick breakie and in last month was send away 4x out f 12 due to issue of machine mot ready yet.  Cookers still warming up etc. Easily 10-20 cars left without buying at 6 is amFood: 5/5

During the snow yesterday I had to stay for quite sometime here. The staff were kind and worked really hard.  They were a young group but they were lovely and let me charge my phone and as I single woman travelling through the chaos of the snow made me welcome and feel safe. Thank you!!!Food: 5/5

Used the screen to order for the 1st time & found it easy to use. My order was ready really quickly despite the place being really busy, especially the drive thru. My only complaint was the hot chocolate & it's distinct lack of chocolate! Unfortunately I didn't find out until I got home I live in Crowborough........too far to drive back. I would visit again but will check my drink before I leave!

Very busy in an industrial estate. Queues usually cause lots of traffic entering and leaving the estate. Food ok, many times I've been the chips have been cold, and service is inconsistent. Cleaning staff are great. Plenty of parkingFood: 4/5

Awful service! Waited 40 mins for our order after which they only bought out half of what we’d ordered.  Floors in kitchen looked grubby and full off dropped buns and other debris. Had to ask someone to come and wipe our table as every table top was dirty! Saw no one cleaning tables all the time we were there waiting for our food…

Second time ice used this branch. Once via drive through, the other by walk in. Both occasions order was wrong and items missing but my fault for not checking before I left. Always very busy. It is what it is, a bog standard McDonald's.  Kid-friendliness: Got the standard inadequate type devices and colouring sheets etc

Food was cold and took ages to bring out, staff were being rude to each other. A young boy slipped at the entrance because it was wet and the staff put a sign over it wiped it once with a mop and said well that's not going to work, oh well.Food: 2/5

Made everyone park up despite there being no space left in the car park, waited 20 minutes for my food meanwhile my desert melting only for my food to turn up cold. Oh and given a cheeseburger instead of quarter pounder. Worst service ever! shouldn't be open if they can't get the staff

I have asked for egg and bacon muffins twice in the past 2 months.  First time no egg.  Today no bacon.
