Low quality, the mc crispy is completely over cooked
Just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru queue, to get my order and then find out its not even correct. I cannot even go back in and complain as the long queue made me running late. The thing was soaked in grease, most of the cheese was on the wrapped and melted stuck. Utterly disappointed and wasted money.

What's going on with McDonald's ? More stuff not working can't get printed order confirmation, screen with orders ready for collection not working staff shouting order numbers. And on Saturday at 2pm half of wraps not available. Spanish burger not even taste or look close to those show on offer. And toilet- reasonably clean but.. WHO LOCATE HAND DRYER 30CM FROM Urinary!!!!!???? Really??
Awful service, appreciate the place was busy, But took the order incorrectly at the till, when this was brought to their attention the attitude of the staff was atrocious, when asked for what was requested we were told “well it’s what you ordered” it wasn’t. Then the Incorrect item brought again twice after this. Finally after 45 - 50 minutes of waiting we returned to the till, to be asked could you have your breakfast roll with no egg because we’ve run out. Requested a refund and left. Awful experience.
Condiment station was empty and staff not interested in refilling it. My order needed a knife and fork but staff struggled to find them. Training and management could be better. Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's what more is there to say. Parking: Free parking on site
Best McDonald's outside of 'merica. And the staff was awesome! In the states the ice cream machine never works after 9pm. This one sure was at 11:30pm. Loved how environmentally friendly it is and even had paper straws everywhere but the USA, smh
Cannit help but laugh went to the drive through and lass started talking then just stopped. Sat waiting while 5 other customers was served on the other window. While we was sat like donuts haha
Travelling up from Yorkshire, we both decided to stop of for some lunch as we were both hungry and wanted it quickly and hey presto 5 minutes later, a fast food lunch for two,this rather busy McDonald's also has ample parking.
