Very slow service on this cold wet miserable Monday morning. The restaurant didn't seem to be very busy so not to sure what the delay/s were. Breakfast is usual McDonald's standard and the place looked clean and tidy. Decent size car park outside. Restaurant is open 24/7 and is located just outside Haverfordwest.
Predictably poor. Never have the drinks we want and if they do the quality is shocking. Hot chocolate like brown water same for coffee. Can’t believe I still get dragged here. Staff are generally good though.
Can't get a basic breakfast meal correct. Twice failed to receive double egg and bacon meal. First a sausage meal received. Took it back. Looked at me like I was I the wrong and actually said " well it's double sausage ". My response was its not what I asked for. Then was given a single egg and bacon at which point it was obvious the basic order was beyond their understanding. Don't pay the extra for double egg. You won't get it.....
Very good the best macdonalds I have popped in hot food withoads of sauces and nice cold drink without ice great
Ordered a drive through for my 3 children. Quick and friendly staff and the order was perfect. Even had hot fries which is rare for a McDonald’s
I don't visit McDonald's very often, but to be fair it made a pleasant change. It was very busy at the drive through but we didn't have to wait too long. My only minor complaint was that the chips were a bit bland.
Restaurant wasn't too busy, just caught end of breakfast serving. Food was served quickly and tasted fresh. Had toddler with me, staff explained that high chairs were dotted around and pointed them out and offered to help. Used baby changing facilities, very clean.
I ordered food for me and my daughter on Thursday 18th. Food arrived and when I opened the bag my daughters meal was missing. Now you can imagine she was very upset. I called McDonalds and after 15 plus attempts they answered. I was told I had to contact just eat. Now don’t get me wrong, I know just eat are a stand alone company and have to deal with them, but it wasn’t just eat who packed that bag!! Still awaiting compensation from McDonalds as just eat just don’t answer the phone. Avoid this place. Happy for you to pay for the food but not happy to accept liability for their mistakes. Awful
Quick service, the order was correct. 2 female lobby hostesses just standing and talking, not engaging or being pro active, so much they could be doing.
Waiting over an hour every time I've used the drive through.. problem has existed since September , told its a staffing issue.... fast food, not good enough.Food: 4/5
