Always go here on the way back from the sea side every time. It never seems to be that full and there is usually many seats free. There is always quick service here from helpfull staff. I would definitely reconnecting this place for a bite to eat.

Ordered in. Food took 15 minutes. When I noted this to staff it was entirely ignored. Burger prepared with no fries ready so was left to go cold while fries cooked. Fries were stale- likely old oil in fryers. Burger poorly put together with burger and cheese falling out of bun. No toilet roll in bathroom which were unclean.

Ordered 2 meals and one was served on a mouldy bun, have tried to call and complain but phone never gets answered. Surely the food gets checked before boxing it up? Not difficult really.

I have been served within 5min and have been very pleased with my milkshake. Inside and outside sitting area has been clean and tidy. Car park very full and a bit of the waiting near the drive through. But maybe because it was lunch time.

Not a regular visitor but was in need to eat and easy to hand. Quick to order & receive, however the quality of the product was dismal. The presentation was dire to say the least. Left feeling unsatisfactory.Food: 2/5

Slow service from drive thru and restaurant. Any McDonald’s you go to nowadays never have milkshakes??? Why not??? This place and many other fast food places like it now put delivery services first is this the reason for slow service No customer service of any kind, complaints are not dealt with. You talk to any of the staff and they really couldn’t give a care in the world. Less staff, more orders, no milkshakes, Poor service all round.

This is literally the worst location. Waited over 30 mins for two meals as they forgot about my order... While waiting mulitable people came back to counter to complain about their meals beying messed up.... One guy came back to the counter about four times over the same burger as they kept messing up his oder each time... Place is a joke honestly... Need to retrain your staff to read and work at a good steady pace. Absolutely ridiculous. Never had service like this in my life!!!!

Typical McD's. Occasionally noisy atmosphere due to alarms from the KITCHEN. Fries not always up to scratch, sometimes pale and just warm. Staff friendly, though, and happy to deal with shortfallsFood: 4/5

Came to have a family meal with my kids and wife and the restaurant was freezing with the air conditioning on, some places do this to keep unwanted customers away. Other people with kids also very cold. This restaurant has the habit of using comercial tricks to keep customers away. This is unacceptable. When asked,one of the employees told me the heating is broken and when I asked another employee I was told that AC was on. This visit turned out to be definitely our worst McDonald's experience. Freezing cold environment and food.

Car park was fairly full on Mother’s Day at 20:00 . The drive through looked fairly busy so we went in. Once arrived in the restaurant there was no system in how they serve people.  From arrival to getting the food it was 30 minutes. Asked the cashier can we use the coupon code and pay cash, the cashier  got the manager. When asked him, he said  no.  He told us when using the McDonalds app the payment method is card only. We were not aware of this.  No fault of the restaurant but people should be aware you can only use the McDonalds app therefore the 20% discount and the 99p offers and pay by card ONLY.  However if you have a £1.99 McDonald’s food for thoughts voucher code you can pay by cash. It doesn’t go through the app.  Payment and order methods are confusing.  In the restaurants there was lots of Uber eat delivery drivers waiting for collection. All the orders seemed to be fulfilled but just slow. The staff were helpful.  We only ordered a fillet of fish burger and fries so they couldn’t get it wrong. The food wasn’t hot.  Unimpressed by the restaurant but the food is your average McDonalds.
