just went through the drive through and was served by a young man named alfie. he was absolutely brilliant and very friendly. Alfie made my day and was the most polite, and genuine gentleman i have ever met. if anyone should be employee of the month it should be him as he is not only kind but also very lovely and greets you with a smile on your face
better than my last at least at this one they managed to get my order correct was plenty of parking and store looked claen and tidy from outside. food was hot and correct staff member was polite and showed attention to detail
Looks like a youth club when you walk in, lots of staff standing around doing nothing. I was surprised to bite into a McChicken sandwich when I had ordered a vegetable burger, when I took it back they didn't even acknowledge it, just ignored me & gave me the correct burger, didn't say a word, "Ok I'll get you another" would have been nice!! "Sorry" would have been amazing! Not to say anything was a bit strange, felt like I was being awkward. Vegetarian options: Check you are actually getting the right order before you bite into the burger
Always enjoy going here, the Alfreton branch is always clean and welcoming, Christina and the lady she was working with on good Friday are particularly hard working and keep the place spotless, if they are not busy with customers they are busy cleaning so well done both Recommended dishesCheeseburger
Dropped in with my grandson late afternoon, fast service with hot food, he enjoyed his happy meal and the two assistants clearing tables and recycling were very helpful and chatty and couldn't do enough to entertain my little oneFood: 5/5
The staff are all hard working and really friendly and sweet. Let’s be real, it’s so draining to work in fast food, so I really appreciated their friendliness and hard work.
Had to go back twice because the first time, they gave me items on my grandchilds burger, which I specifically asked not to be on there. When I got back to the car, only to find my other grandchild's milkshake was contaminated with another flavour, they were good enough to change that for me. However, I didn't check my order, so when I did, there were no burgers in my big mac Vegetarian options: Never tried.
I had a small burger and fries with a cold drink. Fries were very nice and hot, drink was nice and cold. Went to throw the rubbish away and the member of staff took my tray and disposed of my waist for me. Very friendly
Lady American? inside greeting people was lovely. Some staff are nice, others less so. Only used the drive thru once and didn’t get all my order, it was busy but the guy was clearly getting annoyed that I couldn’t get near enough the speaker to make my order. If there’s a car in the way what can I do?
