Went at lunch time. Drive thru was quite quiet compared to normal. Had to wait a little while before someone answered the machine but other than that service was decent. Chips were like any McDonald's chips but my quarter pounder was below average. It's the second one I have had and it just tasted slightly fishy. Would definitely stick with my regular order of a McChicken instead!! Parking: Parking is ok on a non busy day but when it's busy there is no hope of finding a space, you can always park in the hotel though
Stopped to get my daughter a meal and a burger and drink for myself It is the worst experience of my life ,the outside area was dirty,the bins were over flowing ,and i had to wait over 10min for my food and another 10min for a milkshake I will never go there again for food By the time we left they had stopped customer's from entering the restaurant and these were families with small kids I wouldnt recomend stopping here for food and if i could i would not rate them with any stars I was told by a member of staff that he had come from another branch cause petersfield had no staff This place should be shut down
It's a shame as some of the staff were amazing, but the actual place was dirty, yes it was busy but the food took so long and the chips plus other food under tables that were not cleared up was not good could have been a one off one member of staff and older lady was absolutely amazing. Could see she was doing her best but to be fair was being pulled from here to there. My only issue was the mess on the floor it was under most tables not right
I love this place, I always stop off when I am on my way from London to Portsmouth. You will miss the turn off if you blink. I have been here loads of times, you really need to keep your eye out for the turning. Great stop off point, fuel station next door and premier in
Shut the drive through for an hour because the youth on duty failed to process our order correctly , if I was the franchise owner I would be hopping mad and send her back to management school ! Bradley intervened and saved the day, well done Bradley, what a load of nonsense over two bags of chips and a box of nuggets!!! Worst McDonald’s ever the McFlurry was appalling it took the staff 3 times to get it right and when they did the ice cream didn’t taste or look right. Then I spoke to the manager he didn’t care. Burgers were okay just not hot enough. The best part of the meal was the bottle of water. The car park was too small. There was a long queue to order food. The toilets were dirty.
Drive thru Second time that the eggs In breakfast rolls were green . Disgusting. Called the store am awaiting contact from their safety management and have reported them to food standards agency via Winchester city council . Check your eggs . This is the second time I have bitten into food to find green eggs and in my sons food too . The gormless teenager taking food orders for the order wrong and has love bites on his neck . What on earth are you doing macdonalds?!! too big to care I suspect .after this repeat we will never return
Disappointed food luke watm again both burger and chips. Asked for small chopped onions like in childs burger which very nice young lady asked the peeps cooking to put on for me but still large chunks of onion. All aspects extremely busy had to wait 15 mins for meal not sure how it could be luke warm?Food: 2/5
Terrible experience, waited an hour in drive thru. Fast food? Absolute joke. Unable to facilitate multiple orders. 3 staff on a Saturday night? Do not visit this mc Donald’s. Avoid at all costs.
This seems to be an ongoing trend,another restaurant that's more interested in the drive thought than instore customers staff not sure what they are doing and items missing from the orders another store we will not visit again.Food: 4/5
