Cold overcooked food Absolutly disgusting and inedible Packed out but not sure why, just whilst i was queuing 3 complaints about food!!! That should have been the warning sign but unfortunately I had already ordered my food. Guessing only reason it was busy was due to the monopoly promotion!!!
Went here for a quick drive through lunch as we was in a rush. The food was only just warm chips were soft and floppy not crisp, no knapkins in the bag. Very poor experience. Its not rocket science to serve hot food and put a couple of knapkins in a bag. Had we had more time i would have taken the food back into the restaurant but as i reiterate we was really pushed for time. Very poor experience
Drinks no longer get filled properly. About 75% filled. Chips and burgers not very hot. Very little salad on burgers. Milkshakes usually runny and not as cold as used to be. It's handy on main road. Parking and disability parking. Wheelchair accessible.
Last 3 orders from uber missing chicken nuggets from a chicken nugget meal !and other items, just odered in store and yet again missing chicken nuggets from a meal and a chicken wrap. Please check your order before you leave because clearly the staff don't
Quick snack. Hot chocolate and 99p chicken. Great. Tasty inexpensive and quick. Latest visit not so good for breakfast, things missing 3 trips to the counter required. Porridge consistency a bit weird. Sausage and egg still very nice.Food: 4/5
Can be good when they want to be, more often than not items are missing, my quarter cheese burger came with no burger and my coffee was just milk…. Is a big let down and unnecessarily losing money think I’ll be putting a stop to going here.
Ordered a veggie wrap and found out when we got home it was actually chicken. This is the second time it has happened. Tried to call but there is no answer and I was just fobbed of the last time. This is not good enough. This branch has been going downhill for a while and I cannot see it getting better.
It is a great place for some good or coffee the staff are all really nice and happy to help the managers are funny and talk to there customers sometimes the food can taste bad but 9 times out of 10 it’s amazing, It is a McDonald’s yeah but I’ve been to hundreds and this is by far my favourite out of all of them
Food was hot enough and we didn't wait long for table service, however I ordered a salad instead of fries and it was just some lettuce leaves with 2 slices of cucumber and one slice of tomato with some raw onion. Very disappointing... and I wasn't given any cutlery to eat it with! Easy to order on the screen and nice clean restaurant with friendly staff although most of them were in the kitchen!
Standard McD layout. I refuse to use any self serve screens and have done before the pandemic. Those screens were filthy and there were no Hand Soap and Sanitisers in view. How anybody can use those things amaze me. Having ordered at the counter the food was cold, fries returned.
