ordered at 6:26 monday didnt get food til 7:52 an my food is cold so thankyou. actually beg someone closes this place bcs theyve told my 12 yr old brother to kill himself before and there staff are mostly underaged people who dont know how to get an order correct. every time we come to this mcdonalds our order always is wrong actually jus gon stop coming at this point. always overcharge us because u dont know how money works an foods always cold.‍ my burger had 27 gurkins.. thats not normal-

I ordered a crispy bacon chicken salad in October 22 it did not  have any bacon in .I ordered exactly the same thing Dec28th although the salad was fresh it had one piece of tomato the original ones used to have a little baby tomatoes in them .mine had nothing but thick pieces of red onions and  the chicken was beautiful but  I had no bacon again so I'm very disappointed in this product . unfortunately because it was so so busy and I didn't have my phone to take any pictures of it or no time to go to the counter to get a replacement please make sure these orders have what they say they've got inside them as we do actually pay for this

Was very impressed with the service from the drive through staff delivering food to the car park. The young man delivering my order asked me to check my food and it's lucky I did because one item in the bag was wrong and he went back in and changed it over quickly. He apologised for the delay, I said I didn't mind because it's the first time I have been asked to check my order. I said I would give a positive review. Well done to the Black Park branch.  All too often both of my local branch's in Crewe have got some element of my order wrong and I've not found this out until I got home. So well done to this branch for asking drive through customers to check their orders.

We ordered a Veggie Dipper Happy Meal and was given a Fish Finger Happy Meal which, instead of fish fingers, had cheese dippers inside. We then asked if we could have the correct happy meal. When we asked this, because of the lack of staff, we had to ask the cleaner if they could change it to the correct happy meal.  Kid-friendliness: To encourage kids, Happy Meal toys or books are provided to children in Happy Meals. Balloons may sometimes be provided to children also.  Parking: Many parking spaces surround the store although there is a lack of collection bays.  Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps at entrance of the restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting place wouldn't feed my dog here , rats by the door running around the bins and near drive though.  10 young kids working there all couldn't get our order right, an then tried taking the money an telling us they not serving us an keeping the money to the point I had to get out of the car to get my money back.  Two young people were putting their fingers up at me and my children.  Absolutely disgusting employees and workplace.  Recently been shut down because of how dirty the place was.

Just called in for a drive through and it was a good job it was a drive through or all the food would have been taken back. We had two cold and chewy filet of fish and two cold and soggy portions of chips. I don't know what is going on with that place but it's going down hill very rapidly

Visited on many occasions. Convenient location outside parking area usually tidy aswel as interior seating area. Drive thru order service is fast but if parked up expect a longer wait. Stopped using drive thru due to so many times I have had food missing from order once parked in waiting bay and had to go back inside. Easier to order inside for takeaway and check order before leaving. Two occasions I have received vouchers as compensation due to order errors inwhich I was greatful for.

Not much to say. It's McDonald's. For me it's a great stopping point between South Wales and Liverpool a journey I do regularly. There are 2 high capacity EV chargers in the car park so I grab a coffee and a burger whilst topping the car up for the rest of the journey  Parking: 2 EV chargers.

My husband’s car sadly broke down yesterday whilst ordering coffee at the Drive though and he was overwhelmed by the friendliness, kindness, thoughtfulness and helpfulness of so many of the staff. You should all be very proud, we always have a positive experience at this McDonalds venue but yesterday was amazing.

Always fresh food because it is always busy. Might have to wait a little longer because it is so busy. But worth it. I use the app and get click and serve order and brought to the car I'm lazy but I love itFood: 4/5
