Quick and easy. Tried drive through acceptable waiting times. Eat in option much quicker. Food has been a constant, always hot and taste is constant and good flavour. No issues and excellent customer service. Sometimes place is full of students from nearby school but it's a quick meal so don't mind Vegetarian options: Veggie option is good for a fast food place
There is nothing in the salad just lettuce and cucumber. Dressing is not so tasty as well. Burger was cold as well Probably because drivers carrying 2-3 orders at same time.
I drive through regularly, but this day I decided to order inside the restaurant. The lady taking the order was helpful, polite and friendly, wow what a difference that makes from other McDonald's restaurants like Colindale, which is so busy usually you cannot get anyone to serve you. I don't use the screens to order because the kids don't want salt on the fries and this options is not available on the menu, only face to face! It's clean and not too noisy inside too. Parking is a bit restricted.
A "manager" was doing some kind of staff review with her laptop with the staff members in the eating area. One of the staff members was crying. Instead of taking the staff somewhere private and being supportive, the manager was just sitting there and letting her cry in the public. I felt really bad for the staff. It shows how much the company doesn't care about its employees.
Absolutely horrible service. One of the lady staff called me "Madam" but did not want to be called as "Madam" herself even though she is a married lady. I spoke only a short complaint and she started talking to everyone about me. I ended up asking to speak to a manager and the lady with glasses came out and was even more cold and horrible. They both did not answer to my questions and treated me as a ridiculous person. They also kept interrupting me so that I could not finish what I was saying. I had to raise my voice and she told me I was shouting and I was being rude. These ladies were very greedy ladies who wanted to have the same kind of youth that pure young maidens have although one of them is married and the other obviously had been on relationships. They cannot put themselves as the same as a young maiden who has got nothing but her youth! One cannot be as young as a maiden when you slept with men for a long time! For the unmarried lady, if she had repented then she would have become a young girl with healthy eyes but as it is, she is only a nasty unprofessional lady with glasses who does not know how to treat a customer and does not know how to be fair nor to be honest with her own conscience and she does not deserve to be a manager. Moreover, they both were cowards who were in such a hurry to cast me out of the shop because they knew I was in the right. And I felt like I was being bullied because those two ladies shared the same view. I wish they had some sense of sending someone who can be a mediator, instead of bullying a customer with two people who had the same opinion.
A lady member of staff who I assumed was the manager as she was wearing a white shirt greeted us as we entered and was going around all the tables and making sure everything is going well with the food and the service … first time I’ve seen that at a McDonald’s restaurant… great customer service
Very very busy drive through, parking restrictions for 90 mins. Regularly doesn't have certain items on the menu. Any deliveries orders are sent wrong. Even missing items at times. The queues are very long here. Crackheads also sit outside the takeaway windows and ask for money, it feels very unsafe at night.Food: 3/5
Since the customer service in the UK is extremely bad, all UK cafes and restaurants must adopt a system of ordering food on a computer screen, and then collecting food by a machine. They can make a partition and make the food come out on a tray on a conveyor belt. How many times I lost my appetite or rude staff refused to serve me at the British shops! No matter how good the food is, if the service is ridiculous, then of course no one wants to visit the place! I do not want to even see the face of their staff when I collect my food!!
Great experience. Neat, tidy and warm atmosphere. The place has a big look with ample ordering screens. The food was hot and fresh and staff polite. One of the better experiences of McDonald's! Thoroughly recommend it.
