Let's be honest: It's McDonald's, so my expectations weren't that high to begin with. However, when I visit a "fast" food restaurant, I have a few basic expectations. "Fast" service, friendly service, fresh food, and to at least get what I pay for. Tonight, this location hit only one of those marks: Friendly service. In fact, that is the only thing stopping this review from being one star. I waited so long on the car in front of me at the pickup window, I had to place my car in park and shut it off. By the time I finally got my Big Mac combo, the food was as cold as my drink. And the meat patties they used on my NOT SO BIG Mac, were as small as what I would have expected to find had I ordered a hamburger Happy Meal. In fact, when I got home I had to fix two packs of ramen just to finish getting full. The sandwich had more lettuce and buns than anything, and the meat patties were not even the same size as the buns. Cold Sprite is one thing, but old, cold McDonald's fries and a cold Big Mac is another all together.  Tried again 03/26/23 and again I'm disappointed. Service was still friendly  but fries were not fresh and barely warm, and the deluxe bacon ranch McCrispy was not deluxe, and barely had any ranch to speak of. And only one piece of bacon, broke in half.

Usually like eating here. Today was asked to pull forward which is fine. I paid for a whole mcdouble. Not 3/4's of one. Pretty disappointed in that.Food: 2/5

Mcdonalds early morning drive thru at the north location is always stellar.  The food is perfect  . The service is fast and friendly  .... night time not so much but im a glass is half full type of guy.. I take the good more than the bad as anyone should be

I went for Breakfast and ended up not ordering it because the employee acknowledged I was there and then proceeded taking orders from other lane consecutively! I would've been satisfied with a " hold on a minute please" but couldn't get that! I wasn't the only vehicle that it was happening too and I sure wasn't only unhappy customer that left without ordering! If I could give 0 STARS that's what It'd be!

Reason for one star not because of the employees it’s the managers I was just trying to get help redeeming points for sandwiches and I let an employee hold my phone so he can help me I don’t know how to use the app he called his manager to help him and the manager was yelling at the employee for having my phone to help me out and being plum out rude towards me for kindly explaining that I don’t care if he had my phone cause he was helping me I think it was very unprofessional of her to yell at him like that in front of a customer and this is not the first occurrence with the managers being poor at performance on the floor and to the employee that was working back window at 8:00pm today you did a very wonderful job and thank you for the help

$40 for chicken sandwiches & cheeseburgers.      A 10 pc and 2 lrg 2 sm fries.      Fries were the best part.     Hot & crispy.   Even though they forgot to put salt on them. Burgers & nuggets were nearly cold

I literally set in the drive through for 1.5 hours just to get a happy meal..then my kids fries had no salt on them completely bland I mean who doesn't love McDonald's fries so salty and delicious but not those time...over all I think they need more help and to try harder on getting the product done and out to the customers. I can remember when you could get your meal free if it took over so many minutes to receive it.

Tried the new Smokey Qt. Pounder.  Was good.  Would have been better if I ate in store.  Food is always cold by the time you get home.  Not McDonald's fault.Food: 4/5
