Not the best McDonald's I have been to. It was extremely busy, so orders were slow, especially as they are dealing with countless delivery orders. When we received the food it was missing one burger and the one where we made it our way, was wrong. Fair enough, the issue was rectified quickly. The toilets were filthy. Also a note on parking, there are signs up that state there is a £100 fee if you don't get a code from the store, however this was not in operation on today's visit. There is a drive thru which also had long queues. There is a reasonable amount of parking spaces.
It was such a bad experience... This McDonald's has to be one of the worst I've ever stepped foot in. To start I wanted I kid you not 45 mins for a big Mac with arugula and a cheeseburger... When the meal came absolutely everything was cold including the fries. How can that be when we waited so long ??? Coke was flat and they didn't even have mayo... Place was packed and overcrowded... And not to forget there was almost no desert options : Would never, ever go back to it! Spicy Veggie was delicious, McPlant Burger was warm only and many tables have been dirty.
Ordered the Crispy Chicken burger. Tasted a little rubbery and the lettuce was mostly in the carton rather than in the burger. 27/10/22 - Ordered the Beef Double Stack and it was much better this time around though the presentation was still lacking. 19/01/23 - Tasy siracha chicken wrap
All food that was delivered was cold, the burgers were so dry, chicken nuggets were not cooked properly and the chips were a joke don't bother ordering from here... you'd think they would answer the phone but seem to be incapable of doing that never ordering from this macdonalds again
Love this McDonald's, probably one of the most efficient ones around. My cashier mango was so helpful and very friendly. And double cheeseburger was cooked fresh
The food is not fresh.. And do NOT Order Large Delivery from here!! You'll just get a standard sized Burger, whilst they previously did larger sizes of the same price.. If you don't do large anymore, change the pricing across the board!! Ffs!! A shame I did like this store, unless they change, I won't be ordering anymore from here...Food: 2/5

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, 9am on a Sunday so not that busy and felt food had been sat longer than it should of. At least when busy there is a continued flow of fresh food. Muffin , sausage patties and hash browns were all cold, sausage were dry and hash browns soggy . Decent place but food was below standard judging on this visit alone.
Drive through shut… machines on the wall hanging together and don’t print receipts. Toilets half covered in do not use tape the rest a mess. What a total shambles, Welcome to the UK… we can’t even get the big M right.Food: 3/5
