We ordered bacon baps for breakfast, after repeating the order 3 times + we ended up paying for and receiving breakfast baps. The bacon didn't even look like it had made it to the griddle. Then our grandson ended up having a load of eggshell in his. DisgustedFood: 1/5
went here at 1:30am after a night out when it advertises it’s a 24/7 mcdonald’s. went through drive through nobody came to speaker so we parked to go inside and order. doors locked but lots of staff members in the building. tried drive through again but still no answer from anyone. weird because staff members still inside and drive through not blocked by cone, nor was there any signs saying they were temporarily shut, very disappointing and not the first time.
I stopped off at Mc D’s on my journey West. The restaurant was super busy, but could not have been cleaner or more efficiently run. 10 minutes after leaving I realised that my must have left my phone there! Using my Apple Watch, I located it in the bin! Thankfully, the wonderful, ‘Poppy’ came to my rescue and retrieved the flurry covered phone for me. She then carefully sanitised it before giving it to me. What a lovely person. Thankyou Poppy. Ten stars
Not a pleasant experience, felt like we were being rushed out, I moved away from the table for one minute leaving my partner and kids, to find all our drinks mostly full had been taken away plus the kids ice cream half eaten. Food cold and just generally an unpleasant visit overall.
Seriously? I have had so many Uber orders and the amount of times I have had NO chips. How hard is your job? McDonald’s fries are one of the main foods you do. And you seriously can’t even remember to put them into the bag? I think you guys need to up your training standards. I am so sick of ordering food, looking forward to it and then it’s not even packed.
I'm sure I saw my burger walk itself to the bin, I even felt sorry for it's existence. Poor sod didn't even get a chance let alone the group of limp suicide chips that evacuated my possession as soon as the bird handed them to me. What a palava.
Today I visited the Carmarthen McDonald's and tasted the new Steakhouse Stack. It was unusually meaty compared to other McDonlad's burgers, but wasn't too impressed by the peppercorn sauce. Also went with Mozzarella Sticks. The restaurant was clean and well-organised, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also tried the Easter favourite Cadbury's Creme Egg McFlurry, which was a delicious treat. The ice cream was creamy and the chocolate pieces added a delightful texture combined with the sweet creme flavour. It was a perfect ending to my meal. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, and the ordering process was efficient. The staff were attentive and made sure my order was correct and that I had everything I needed. The other bonus is the new Winning Sipps promotion using a Monopoly-style sticker stuck to the side of the drink cup, it was a no-win with just an entry to a prize draw via the app wich is as always buggy. Overall, my experience at the Carmarthen McDonald's was excellent. The new menu items were a welcome addition and exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean and well-organised. I would highly recommend this McDonald's location to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Food is good as in every MacDonald, but often very busy and dirty. Staff don't clean tables as to busy serving people. Waiting time for food is 10-15 minutes. The reason may be that this is only MacDonald in Carmarthen.
They are giving people used winner slips Just tried to redeem mine but said it’s been redeemed when I know I haven’t used it no resolution to it poor services place has gone downhill recently
Busy but lovely mc Donald's. Lovely play area put front under cover for the kids to play in.Food: 5/5
