The staff were very helpful as soon as we arrived. 2 members of staff advised on how to access the accessable feature on the self service machine so I could order from my wheelchair and also offered to bring it to a table for me if needed. They also assisted in moving a chair to enable me to sit at a table in my chair. Despite it being extremely busy.

The new layout may speed up ordering but it's now like going to an Argos. I preferred the old layout when MacDonalds called itself a restaurant you interacted with staff you could ask questions and you received the personal touch. The food is good but it's more like take your food and f@ck off now.Food: 5/5

Spent over £30, burgers have come squashed and cold, the large fries is more like a medium and half full and anemic. We ordered chicken nuggets with 4 dips and the dips are all missing. Absolutely fuming

Ordered tonight and clearly stated no cheese on the bacon barbecue stack as son is lactose intolerant. Arrived with cheese and no one is answering the phone. Now have a burger he can't eat and no way of getting it rectified. Very frustrating.

Horrendous! Ordered on Self Sevice at 1.25pm, got food at 1.50pm. Staff seemed clueless, after waiting 15 minutes I asked where my order was, to be told 'waiting on drinks.' That was clearly a lie and the person that told me that disappeared. Then when finally got order, had a group of noisy, rude 12/13 Yr olds, that had no food or drink on next table. We're they asked to leave? No, just asked to keep it down, which they didn't. Honestly don't bother with this place, I understand McDonald's isn't a fancy restaurant, but I did think it was meant to be 'fast food.' I don't know why these places think it's OK to treat customers like this, just because it's a cheaper alternative to eating at a pub or restaurant.

Swadlincote mcdonalds, what a joke. The whole point of a drive through is that you don't have to get out of your car. Ordered £20 worth of breakfast and get to the collection window to be told I have to pay for dips. Have to then park up and go in and pay for dips. Won't be going back again!

Nice little McDonald’s, usually fairly quick service in here. Great for the morning coffee

Shocking ordered on the app. Sat in traffic 10 mins then got told my order wasn't available because it was gone 11am. Change your app then. And let people know your useless..Food: 1/5

Large fries less than half full, second order as the first arrived with no food at all.  Manager couldn't care less and hung up on me. AVOID.

Ordered on the app and only received half the order which was cold when we went back they gave us the rest of the food and it was all cold had to heat it up and it never tasted the same tried to call them and left on voicemail no answer customer service really bad
