Not perfect but I personally have only had a couple of minor problems here which were resolved easily. I used to work on the tills and in the kitchens, it's hard and most of the general public would not be able to handle the stress of the job. I tip my hat to my former colleagues, especially in this hot weather.
Good costumer service! Quick and prompt just avoid using the right lane on the drive tru the mic has been bent by someone who probably crash to it and hasn't been fixed the mic is faulty u will have to shout if using this lane
Good staff, depending on the day you can get your food particularly quickly, food is also nice!

Normally really good but after queuing for ages no ice-cream, no milkshakes. This is just becoming to regular for a place like McDonald's. Customer service was nice but a long queue for nothing.

Awful food quality. This place need a proper staff re-train on its key services- food. Its not that hard not to overbake fish fingers. Why was I even bothered to treat my kid to this happy meal.
Served by a wonderful, charismatic young man called Fraser. Truly the best McDonald's I've ever had!
I am now a big fan of using the app. It is so easy and there are now bays you can park in and they bring your order out to you.
