Lovely staff member Joanne was a star today helped and assisted us, not asked but must have spotted us struggling using the order screen ‍ and helped us and then double checked again we were OK She also asked if my mum wld like a bag for the food she cldnt finish and happily went and fetched one, we didn't ask, she noticed. Cleaned the tables and trays very well too, she even cleared our table asked first It's staff members like this that make a difference. Obviously you can't notice what everyone does and I'm sure they all work hard Well done LB McDonald's
Some macdonalds are very hit and miss but this one was good, hot food served quickly. Toilets were clean and tidy. Staff pleasant and helpful.Food: 5/5
This place misses items, gets orders wrong and when they do get it right this is the quality!!Food: 1/5
It's a shame this is the only McDonald's in the area. Without giving away how often I visit this establishment, it's always a suprise when my order is correct. I've contacted McDonald's on numerous occasions about how bad this restaurant is but there isn't any improvement. Ordering for one you'll usually be missing just dips or on the odd occasions items. Sometimes a completely different order. Ordering for two or more will guarantee missing items! If you do have the misfortune of visiting this McDonalds, please go through your bag with a fine tooth comb if you're taking away. Eating in, just look at the tray
Just got a parking fine because my friends and I had a long breakfast on a Sunday morning. To add insult to it, I hadn't received any letters until it had already gone to a recovery company. Watch out this Mcdonalds doesn't want you to spend time in it Parking: Watch out for the fines
The Italian Stack burger [limited time only] I had was really nice - it tasted like I was eating a pasta and a burger at the same time. The fries were salted just right. My son really enjoyed his chicken burger also - it was the spicy mayo one on ciabatta bread and with that different kind of fancy lettuce, but I cannot remember the name of it‍
Warm food not hot as it should be.....no ice in drinks... chips only half filled and no salt on...First question at the drive thru was am I using the app, not afternoon how can I help etc....and one drink was flat.....all this and I still had to wait for the food to be done so go knows what they were doing with it....
Always clean. Staff are polite. Only down side is its always busy. But that being said they get through the queues pretty quickly.Food: 5/5

McDonald's, does what it says on the tin. And the food was nice and hot. Better than some of the McDonald's ive been too!
