Absolutely disgusting service from this macdonalds in Broughton in Salford!  Spent £32 on food for kids tea as bank holiday weekend treat.  Not only did I wait over 40 mins for the cold food to arrive but when it did the chicken mayo had no chicken on it only lettuce and a plain bun ?!?!? Same with the other and the chicken sandwich.  Furious I rang them to complain where I spoke with a manager called Sylwester whose attitude and customer service skills were most definitely lacking ...he said order said no chicken which he thought was strange, I asked as the manager if he thought strange would it not make sense to call me ....the thought didn't cross his mind !  It made more sense for the manager to send me plain bread ?!?!? When I explained how annoyed I was he then proceeded to call me darling ...which as I'm sure you can understand this did not help this situation!! Stay away from this place ! I will never use again !

Breakfast today the food is nice and hot Claire greeted me goodmorning and also the customer care greeted me good morning to  so over all my experience today is very good.

Yeah McDonald's food experience was pretty good I'm not here to criticize them with their food quality.... Their food was just top notch there's nothing to complain about. But they have a poor customer service.... When i ordered something, sometimes they were give you the whole different one and sometime they were left something from ur order. If you wouldn't check it there u want to return there and ask them about this... This is a very poor experience from em. Yeah the employee's running busy in the shop i know that but they want to double check it before they give it to us... And one time i ordered eggmuffin and the bacon one they gave the order correctly and after i ate i realised they wrongly wrapped the paper outside and i even didn't noticed it. As u can see their customer service is way too poor they want to have a look on this. And this is my point of view of McDonald's and these are the reasons why i gave em only 3 stars if am wrong about this u can let me know. Thanks  Vegetarian options: They have the outstanding mc plant to those who are vegetarians and they also have veg delexue.... To be honest i love the mc plant you want to taste it, that&#39;s worth a bite..... Those who are vegetarians can choose between these two.

Guy in a Citroen Berlingo in front of me literally stole my food but at least he's well fed. Girl on window was great and sorted it quickly. No tangy tomato tho so my day was ruined

Had too wait a long time for the food? We had opted for table delivery...my burger wasn't on the tray so I chased the server back to the counter ,she said she would get me the burger went back to the table ,fries were already cold ...are they trying to hard to please everyone, drive through and restaurant? Won't be going back !.

Poor service waiting 40 minutes for food while other customers got their food, they forgot our ticket and this has happened twice. Staff did not even bother to offer apologies truly disappointing would not recommend this macdonalds. Often food is also barely warm and just not worth it. There is nothing fast about this place.

I normally don't review my orders, but it's been a normal situation now. I ordered Macdonalds from Broughton several times and everytime is always something missing. Sometimes is just straws but other times is a coke or fries or a burger. Why don't check the tickets and bags before send them? So annoying.

Go late and they run out of wraps. For such a busy place you would thing they would stock enough. I popped over to Aldi after here they had hundreds of the things. Maybe the manager will think on his feet and nip over to stock up. Just an idea. 9 times out of ten you end up waiting for food to be brought to you. It ain't a bad thing at the end of the day, at least it's been recently cooked. Hard working staff I hope they get looked after.

I mean have you seen how many chips I got in my large chips??? Also 2 happy meals, one with a book and one with a toy got 2 toys, no explanation from the employee stating otherwise, asked for apple and grape bags to go with them, got 2 melon bags, asked for a different option and was told that's it and the gent walked off. No water for the little one, so his meals, the only reason for us going was useless and we even waited 20 mins for it and the collect and serve.. what a waste of time!!

The absolute worse customer service of any fast food service branch in the UK... we were told to park up we asked how Long the food would to then be told if we didn't park up we'd be forced to get a refund. The manager was hostile to the point where he even offered a "straightener" absolutely ridiculous. Just avoid this branch
