The bathrooms here are from another dimension. They keep them clean and they smell great. Paper towels are available and also they have family bathrooms and facilities for small kids, also changing room of course. These facilities are really helpful for a traveller. After using the sparkling clean restrooms you can be assured those people will also order something from the menu. It's a delight. Awesome job you guys.
It was very busy, but there were only working 2 people in the kitchen. 2 of the 6 order tablets were closed, and 2 others did not work properly. Despite the pressure for the workers they stayed calm and kind.
The personnel here are top notch! Always polite and kind, trying their best to provide the bestest service! Happy go lucky! Definitely get your food and head upstairs - you get to see the restaurant from above and I have to tell you, it's very interesting! Keep up the good work, as always!

As usual. Staff were arguing in front of us. Great location though
Need more staff and also throw away the touch screens to place orders it just puts the whole process behind ,less staff and higher prices is not a good combination for the customer.

Security man speaks to everyone like they are a degenerate. No manners , needs to go to customer service training . All staff embarrassed by him . Customers were even apologising for him . Staff are supposed to keep customers not lose them !
I use to like mc donalds a lot....I have visit many restaurants and go this and last summer everyday in glyfada...Greeece...actually yesterday there was a problem...it was very busy in the evening around 10 o'clock...so I ordered the new chicken burger...I think is was called margarita..and 2 dobbelt big and tasty men's...the menus where fine but the chicken margarita was without the toasted onions...so I asked them to put some onions after I checked...the manager refused and started to argue with me and asked the security man to take me out...I was peacefully she was aggressive and took her bad mood out on me....I come in that specific shop everyday for more than 2 years...my son and me love the food...when the security man followed me on my way out...he told me in the door...NEVER TO COME BACK....? He speak very poor English so maybe he misunderstood the situation...so...first my burger is missing an ingredients and when I mention it I don't get what is missing and an excuse...but on the top of that...I'm blamed for their mistakes and told to leave...and never come back...this is harrushment and a lack of understanding and custumerservice....how can this happen ?
