Almost unbelievable how poorly this location is run. Missing items from order. Large fries less than half full. Parking lot always a nightmare and if you were lucky enough to get your order, it’ll be cold before you can get off the lot. I’d give negative stars if an option.
The food industry is not for the faint of heart, so I usually try to be patient. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru just to order my food. When I finally get to the speaker, the woman is rude. She just says "what can I get you?" OK fine, you're busy, I'll let that slide. I get to the first window to pay and she doesn't tell me what I owe or acknowledge me. She just sticks out her hand for my money. She hands my card back with no receipt and closes the window. Ok, how do I know if I even paid for the right order? I get to the second window and was just as disappointed. No acknowledgement and I'm just handed a bag with food. Luckily it was my food but I wish I never ordered. The fries were cold and old and the box was barely filled. My mcchickens were cold and my nuggets were forgotten. I don't feel like going in to argue or to wait another 20 minutes just to get my food. Lesson learned. I will not be coming back.
They get orders wrong maybe more often than any fast food places I've ever lived near, no matter if they're busy or not. And good luck trying to get your food inside or if you order ahead online. Just stick to the drive thru even if the line is long. They're the only mcds in the area so it can get pretty crazy during peak times. The fries are almost always fresh, big plus.
They are good here. They are quick and the food is usually very fresh. If there is ever an issue then the managers will make it right. Some of the time they give you the wrong order, or something silly. But, they make it right for the customer. The last time I came I got a free blueberry pie. I’d never had one before and I really enjoyed it.
App told me the store was closed when I got there with my order already placed at 520pm! Then I had to show my order to 3 different people before it was actually entered into their system at the store. Waited inside the store for over 45 minutes for a curbside order. And not offered anything for my wait that was at least 3 times longer than the drive thru would have been.
Absolutely terrible, one of the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. It genuinely feels like they're trying to mess up your order every single time. I ordered a large fry and a coke once thinking there was no possible way they could possibly mess it up this time. And behold; a half empty carton of fries. It gets to a point where it's impressive.
It was late morning and I want the drive-thru, the lines were moving faster than usual and the food was hot and it was ready at the second window before I can pull up the staff was nice, and very very genuine. I doordash here too. The food is always ready for me to take and is always hot and one time and I am always way ahead of schedule dealing with this McDonald's. The food gets to my customers fast, hot and, exactly what they ordered. I highly recommend that you use this McDonald's.
This is literally the worst location for a drive through. The service took forever. Food was good though.Food: 5/5
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS! After waiting in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes. I know it's New Year's Eve but really what happened to fast food? Then after arriving home - I get my sandwich and it's the wrong meal!!! It is some stupid spicy chicken - NOT the BIG MAC which I ordered!! Not even the dog would eat it. They can't get any order correct! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS McDonalds!!! STAY AWAY!! Parking: Tight Very little available parking because of the drive thru.
Haven't really been the biggest fan of McDonald's my whole life, but I have my go-to items that when I go I am always satisfied. Cheapest fast food place around, service is solid, can't go wrong with this McDonald'sFood: 4/5
