I ordered a five chicken select meal and ended up with mozzarella sticks??? The woman serving me was friendly but that doesn't mean anything if my order is wrong.Food: 1/5
Good fast food restaurant. Polite and friendly staff. Clean and well maintained restaurant, constantly cleaned. Orders take a little long to take, and today we ordered Cafe Toffee with cream on top, but there was no cream Very clean restrooms, everything is there soap, dryers working, etc.. Good Wi-fi Huge parking with plenty of spaces around.
Visited on Sunday the 4th of August. At 6pm. Arrived to a very busy restaurant. Waited for 15 minutes to be served as was wanting to pay cash. Patiently waited for 30 minutes as it was busy. But children started to get hungry and grouchy. Went to the counter to ask how long the food would be . Then ignored by several members of staff. Finally received food after 40 minutes of waiting for the food to be cold and the order wrong. Staff at the counter very unhelpful and moody when asked for the order to be corrected. Absolutely shocking service.
20 minute wait with no apology, no acknowledgement. Seem to focus more on getting drive through and delivery food out and leave customers who are waiting in the restaurant. Just basic customer service skills would be amazing. Once I did get the food ice creams were melting, food was missing, no straws available in the restaurant. Please go back to basics! This is not just a one off here.
If I could give 0 I would. I went 2 weeks ago as I treat for my 3 yr old granddaughter as a treat. Waited 30 mins for food to come to the table. After asking 3 of the staff who actually never come back to me the 4th person who I asked actually brought the meals. Happy meal 2 nuggets so 2 missing. No toy in the box. No serviettes. No sauces. So j had to keep asking another member of staff. Who was more interested in emptying the bins. No apology just well we are busy. Absolute joke when I could not leave my 3 year old to go to county myself. Rude staff and absolutely terrible service.
Absolute joke of a service, waiting 20 mins after a drive through order for a simple order! Imagine ordering 2 meals, you would need a sleeping bag for an over night stay ! Get a grip !!Service: 1/5
Mega wait at the drive through after ordering on the app a good 15 minutes with 9 cars in front and another 10 cars behind at least, very slow paced, fruit bag missing from the happy meal, staff could be trained better for standard customer service. It's as slow inside the shop too, it's very clean but slow.Food: 4/5
Absolutely dreadful. Cold burgers, look like someone being sitting on it before served. To be honest McDonald goes down with quality everywhere. Cutting costs no benefiting consumers. I will be happy paying more for good quality products and services.Food: 1/5
Arrived with my granddaughter the order machine kept failing as went to pay 3 times then said pay at till waited 5 mins for someone to come to the till. In the meantime my order is not being processed as it's not paid for. Several items were not available. Discussing service no one was interested won't be going back in a hurryFood: 3/5
This McD always late. There service is very bad. Most of the time I observed they don't bother about delivery always I found there were so many rider waiting for the delivery order but nobody competing their order at a time I spoke with some delivery rider and they said they were waiting like more than 30 minutes and even if someone ask about the food and their behaviour is very rude. I went the drive-through I was waiting like 15 minutes but the order wasn’t ready and there was a long queue.
