Just ordered, wrap, m chicken nugget happy meal, 20 nugget box. This is how the wrap arrived, happy meal near to no chips no dip, box nuggets short on nuggets and only 2 out of 4 sauces in the box, phoned store 8 times no answer. Staff very rude on the drive through, I even asked are all the sauces in the bag which she said yes, get home and she lied.
Probably 15 years since last visit to McDonald's and was surprised to see that prices haven't increased as much as I thought they would. Less than £20 for three. Food was as good as I remembered, decent service once ordered on the screen. Was late afternoon and quiet so not sure how the service is when it gets busy.Food: 5/5
This is a fairly normal McDonald's. With drive-thru outside seating and inside seating There are two car parks, the McDonald's one has a shorter time limit I think 90 minutes and the other main one has a 3-hour limit.Food: 5/5
Most of the time I use the drive through option, service can be sporadic and doesn't always appear that you get served in turn via the 2 ordering points. Food is usually luke warm at best and of varying quality. Would only use if I have no the options. No longer go into Macdonalds due to the amount of food delivery people who seem to be given priority.
Got my food from here and this is what they gave me, tryed to call to complain and no answer on the phone. When i got back to Mcdonalds it was empty inside and drive thru so could of answered the phone but seems the manager is to lazy.Food: 1/5
A very cold soulless place. Didn’t get the order right, item missing. Very slow staff. 4 more people had the wrong orders while I was waiting. Will not recommend or visit again.Food: 2/5
Food was okay, although they forgot half of my mates order and they took their sweet time to bring their food and the place wasn't busy. Someone vomited in the entrance way and staff showed no intentions of cleaning it up so we had to leave via the fire exit as we was NOT walking through vomit.Food: 3/5
New layout is stupid. It doesn't work. Had to queue out the door in the rain with my toddler daughter as the order machines are placed as soon as you walk through the door. Chaos to order as people waiting for food everywhere. I only ordered a happy meal, and the brain dead person sorting it still managed to miss the sauce out the box of the chicken nuggets. Absolutely useless! I won't be returning. I've attached a picture of a burger I had from here the week before. Staff are clearly not bothered by presentation or quality.
It's very early am. So was not expecting a party. Will review once my food arrives!! It's cold in here!! Room 101!! Slow service. Unfortunately. Fries cold. The rest was lovely.Food: 3/5
Just been through the drive in and the young man taking my order was super polite and the young lady dispensing had the most lovely smile, she was warm and made such a difference to the awful day I was having!! You obviously know how to train a happy workforce!!!Service: 5/5
