The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was really nice. Despite it being a busy time, our food was served without any delays.Food: 5/5
Busiest McDonald's I've ever been in, hence lack of atmosphere. The place was heaving but the staff seemed to cope. Never buy much but this was the most I've ever paid, for some reason. The whole city is busy, End of May Parking: Used Rawcliffe Park and Ride . See short review.
A lovely worker called Maria helped me by giving me directions when I was lost. A lovely girl hope she goes far. The food was great compared to my mcdonalds at home. And tables up and downstairs were clean. Lovely place would visit again xxFood: 5/5
Food as standard. Asked the least busy person behind the till for sauce because we didn't get what's ordered at all. She told me to ask the lady in white who was doing orders to go when you was busy. So felt for her as she asked nicely to ask the girl behind the till and happily told her I was sent to the collect desk. Clearly this person maybe in her 30s+ didn't want to do anymore then use the til even tho I kindly pointed at the sauce selection 2ft from her til and no one else was behind me.
Got flashed by a teenage boy while waiting in line, nobody did anything and it was embarrassing to see as a group of people including my self were filmed by another boy as it happened. There were plenty of security persons and I hope that something was done about this incidentFood: 4/5
Came here once early in the morning, it was okay with acceptable quality. Service times were delayed, though I appreciate that this is because of the level of custom and time I visited.Food: 3/5
Large clean McDonald's, food came quickly plenty of ordering stations. Fries were slightly on the cold side though. Atmosphere wasn't great due to an ongoing altercation between customers and security however this is probably not typical just poor timingFood: 3/5
Why say 24 hours and stop serving ‘eat in’ at half 9? Quarter pounder looked like it had lost some weight. Will go to the drive through at Clifton Moor next time, staff are much nicer too
Good location near St. Helen's Square. Popped in for a 'burger-of-opportunity' after a few rounds at a pub - quite delicious. Could get rather busy at times but I do appreciate that this is a handy quick take-out option. WiFi may be available here, did not make use of the washrooms.Food: 4/5
After being told by a bald surly man that we couldn't sit down as he'd be kicking us all out soon my partner and I made our way back to our B&B. 20 minutes later we eagerly sat down to eat. We hadn't eaten in 7 hours. We opened the bag to discover my order was missing. It was 10.30 pm, we'd walked all day and didn't have it in us to walk back. Visiting York was fabulous but the late night McDonald's was a bust. Thanks for the amazing service. Next time if your team can take a moment to stop titting around they may get the customers order right.
