Sat in car for very long time waiting for coffee when there was next to nobody there shows staff not working to full potential, got drink was half full questioned dude about it and he stood there puzzled and was like “what do you want me to do about it bro “ which shows no respect towards customers as he should be rectifying it asap. As a Birista myself I would like to invite that dude to my kitchen so I can show him how to make a good brew .
Waiting an hour for my order,nI ordered 20 chicken nuggetsnA chicken cheese burgernA cokennIt’s turned up with only a drink with the driver adamant that was the only bag for my order.nnThis happens too much if you’re going to do a delivery service get reliable people to deliver it or don’t do it at all? Also they forget my sauces everytime anyways even ones I pay for. Joke
Called in for my meal break at work ordered a sausage and cheese sandwich with a large latte. I waited nearly 15mins wasn't full ? Others waiting complaining also I eventually got my order. I got back to the van to eat the sandwich was nice coffee not a large and cold didn't have time to take it back so never again
Waited half an hour. My cappuccino gave a very good impression of a flat white and my McChicken sandwich was a Cheeseburger of some description in a McChicken box which was not realised until I was away from the restaurant.. I do not like cheeseburgers. Absolutely stotting
I just ordered a large grinch meal, firstly it took a hour and 15 mins to arrive, when it did arrive there was no grinch socks or salt and shaker chips, so ive paid more for just a standard big mac meal. Not only that, the chips and burger were stone cold, i rang mcdonalds who said to contact just eat. Not sure how it is there fault, when mcdonalds got the order wrong.
