Ordered a 1/4 No Cheese and the Ticket confirmed this but the Burger has Cheese on it. Called and asked for a new one to be delivered and refused, not very helpful or customer focused. Why should we have to do the running and fund it around when not our fault. Only offer was to put in Complaints book!Food: 1/5
Worst McDonald's in west lothian Food is always wrong either in store or online order. when asked to correct order everyone panics and looks for a manager even the manager looks for help on what to do. Avoid schools from both directions ascend on this drive thru during lunch hours. Kids area and tablets are never available. Tablets don't exist here but the holders for them take up large table. Local food services use this drive thru too much never space to move around.. always crowded.
As I'm a transport driver I've changed the order from eat in to take away and the tone I was asked for 10 pence for the bag was wrong, and the food is terrible. In the first wrap of the day some very small pieces of chicken and on the second one overcooked chicken. First time when I regret choosing McDonald's
Once again, we get home to find our order is wrong. I order without some ingredients due to allergies and would hope they would take care for this reason. Despite my order having “Only Ketchup’ written all over it, we get the full gamut. Changed days too - apparently MacDonalds can’t issue a refund back to my card so if anyone is unhappy about anything, they are told to drive all the way back to the branch - wasting more of their customers time and money! We won’t be back.
Utterly ridiculous, ordered 1 burger and a milkshake at livingston drive thru... Asked to park and wait!!! For 1 burger??? Absolutely tipping down poor guys running around the car park with people's orders getting soaked!!! Why is nothing ever ready??? If the USA could see this pantomime.... You go there, 20 of everything on the menu is ready, and waiting, the milkshake machine is working, and there's no such thing as parked orders!!!!
Last night my husband and I needed a quick meal on the road after a big day of travel. I opened my wrap to find blood in two places on it. I thought I was being stupid or tired and that it was sauce but it was definitely blood. I went up to the counter to ask for assistance and the young lady took it, swapped it over and I asked if she was going to do anything about it. She said she would ask the workers. At this stage no asking seemed to have been done. I was concerned regarding her lack of action or ability to recognise the seriousness of this. The staff kept busily making their food. I am not sure what the OHS&W policies advise however I would think that stopping and checking everyone for cuts/blood noses and looking at the food would be a start??
Well I guess checking a list and put the items in a bag is an utterly difficult task. Several times when I order items are missing from my order… contacting customer services for refund is near impossible, they refer “order was fulfilled by *** courier, contact them”. Dissapointed kids and upset parents.. I work in sales as well, I know what busy means, it is not an excuse…
This branch is incapable of putting together an order of anything more than a standard meal. Ordering more than one meal you risk missing something. This isn't a one off it's almost every time over many years. Ordering for delivery generally comes cold and wrong. Ordering in store for take away today resulted in missing products and lukewarm fries. Given that the orders are written down, it really shouldn't be so difficult to get an order with 5 pretty simple meals right. Until the branch can figure out how to successfully put together a complete order of hot food they likely need to put in some form of buddy check to qualify each other. Either that or pay the staff a wage that actually makes them care enough to try to get it right.
Trying to give me juice that had been lying on the drinks table for ages and with someone else's number on it. Don't like the pre made drinks system as they go flat quickly with lying about .Food: 3/5
Food is good like the burgers but some times the fries are cold which do not taste nice. Service are excellent,friendly staff and they make sure you enjoy your day. Atmosphere, a lot of teenagers and kids about which are awesome but loud as anything. Just in my opinion if you make the fries hotter before serving and take your time to make sure everyone gets what they need instead of rushing about the place.
