McDonald’s never disappoints! The food is always fresh, consistent, and served quickly. Whether it’s their classic fries, a Mc plant , or a refreshing drink, you know exactly what you’re going to get every time. The staff here are friendly and efficient, making the experience smooth even when it’s busy. I also appreciate the clean dining area and how easy it is to grab something on the go. A reliable spot for a quick meal that always hits the spot!
I had purchased a meal, dessert, and some nuggets from this branch. I split one nugget with my dog, and we both had the worst food poisoning symptoms. My dog's symptoms thankfully cleared up after around two weeks. However, I still have symptoms well over a month later. These nuggets have literally ruined my digestion. I have had food poisoning on a few occasions, but nothing has ever compared to this.nnI complained to McDonald’s head office, and they refused to give me my money back or accept liability, even though the only food that both me and my dog shared was that nugget. I had also fasted that day and had only consumed McDonald’s. Their solution was to give me vouchers who in their right mind would want to eat at an establishment again that gave them food poisoning?. Disgusting customer service.nI have previously found unidentified blood all over the wrapper of my McDonald’s burger before, been given food past its disposal time, and had wet, undercooked chicken nuggets stuck together. I’ve also received disgusting customer service, such as the manager snatching food out of my hands during a complaint regarding the burger with unidentified blood, which I was very polite about. Done with McDonald’s. It’s grimy. I would rather consume literal garbage than eat their lethal rubbish again.nnTo make matters worse, part of my order was missing and I had to return. There was no apology from the server, just attitude. She also refused to replace my McFlurry that had melted while I went back around the drive-through to collect the missing item.nnAvoid McDonald’s and their garbage food. Your health isn’t worth risking for convenience.
fair amount of parking as i think the majority of people use drive thru. when we came in it was primarily just eat drivers waiting for orders, maybe the odd people eating. our food came out sooo quickly! i had never experienced anything like it. it was also really yummy. however the toilets were a bit of a let down, not clean and very small. a random man and i touched backs multiple times trying to navigate our way through. an uncomfortable experience! however we did come for the food, so i can’t let the toilets ruin that…
This is what you get from staff here. No care or attention to detail with orders. Just churn it out and take our money. Cold soggy half a box of fries and a flat soft drink.nWell done
I want to highlight the excellent service I received from Vennti at McDonald’s. She is very good at her job, always nice, and incredibly kind. Her warm attitude and professionalism made my visit so much better. Thank you, Vennti, for your great service you truly make a difference!
