I found a hair in my cheese burger. Unless you go at 1am the food is often served cold and there's is constantly a long waiting time no matter when you go. Ive noticed my order number being ready to collect when its not, Im guessing this is so staff can go over the times they are given to prepare the food. Staff are often rude and act as if your making them chop of their own arms, when you just want what you ordered. Food looks as if its been kicked up and down the kitchen before being bagged. I never go to mcdonalds expecting much but everytime they never fail to lower my expectations.
Very disappointed with my order. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and got a double. Wasn't even warm when it arrived. Certainly won't be ordering again. I hope the store respond. The staff need to read the orders properly.
You get what you pay for, but usually there is at least a certain standard here, unfortunately it's been getting worse and worse.nnThere were more staff than customers but we still got our food cold. Our group had 4 hot items and 3 arrived cold.nnThey had no McPlant burgers so I just ordered fries and a coke. The fries were cold and tasteless, the texture was as if they had been left out on the side for ages while they slowly put the order together.nnWhen our order number comes up the food isn't ready, it just seems to automatically get cleared from the board. Why even have that system it's pointless.nnThe male toilets are somehow always wet. I recommend you take an extra napkin so you don't have to put your hands on the doors.nn2* for food because I've eaten here in the past and it was OK for a McDonalds. 1* for everything else.
Ordered table service, the food came out the quickest I've ever been served and was nice and fresh too.nThere were children's face painting and craft activities, however the staff hosting did not come across as welcoming as they had their feet on the seat and on their phones. It’s a shame as the activities are a great idea for the kids, but the hosts need to be inviting and welcoming.nAlso the hand dryer in the bathroom is VERY loud and should come with a warning.
Fries always seem to be as if they’ve been sat there for far too long; always rock solid and unedible
